On Wednesday, the Department of Education (ED) announced 18 investigations into school districts, institutions, and state departments over allegedly allowing biological men to compete in women’s sports.

ED said it initiated the investigations, which span ten states, based on complaints submitted to its Office for Civil Rights (OCR) accusing the entities of violating Title IX. Title IX prohibits sex discrimination as a condition of receiving federal funding for any education program or activity.
The complaints specifically accuse the various educational entities of engaging in sex discrimination by allowing students to participate in sports according to their “gender identity” rather than their sex.
ED said the policies “jeopardize both the safety and the equal opportunities of women in education programs and activities” by allowing males who identify as female to play on girls’ sports teams. The department initiated the investigations a day after the Supreme Court heard two highly consequential cases about state laws banning males, including trans-identifying males, from playing on female sports teams.
Breitbart included a list of the educational entities under investigation. They are Jurupa School District (CA), Placentia-Yorba School District (CA), Santa Monica College (CA), Santa Rosa Junior College (CA), Waterbury Public Schools (CT), Hawaii State Department of Education (HI), Regional School Unit 19 (ME), Regional School Unit 57 (ME), Foxborough Public Schools (MA), University of Nevada – Reno (NV), Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District (NY), New York City Department of Education (NY), Great Valley School District (PA), Champlain Valley School District (VT), Cheney Public Schools (WA), Sultan School District No. 311 (WA), Tacoma Public Schools (WA), and Vancouver Public Schools (WA).
Since taking office, President Trump and his administration have made tackling transgenderism a priority, especially as it impacts children. And, in a statement, Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Kimberly Richey noted these investigations began the same week that arguments over women’s sports were heard in the Supreme Court. In both the Supreme Court and the Trump administration, those who would endanger girls and distort truth are being held accountable.
Let’s ask God to guide these investigations, and let’s continue to pray for truth to win against the lies of transgenderism!

Shouldn’t ever been allowed in the 1st place. Leaders who allowed should be arrested and put in a tran-prison. No, some would probably like that…they should not be rewarded for sinning.
As a former athlete on my hometown’s first girls basketball team, swim team, my college,s first volleyball team, and the track team, Backbin these days I remember the fight we had to even be able to have court time and to be respected in the team sports of basketball and volleyball. We had so much discrimination and cultural obstacles to overcome (being told girls are too weak, it’s not feminine to be aggressive, our periods are an obstacle, and on and on. I remember this very well! Now we have males who have a mental condition called Gender Dysphoria allowed to live out their pretend identity and overtake our female sports. They will never be female. I don’t care how much testosterone they have or don’t have, they have an advantage and always will. It is absolutely ludicrous that this is even a fight. Where are all those so called feminists who were fighting years ago? Very few women are speaking out.
God bless, heal, deliver and save Bruce Jenner (who admits he has Gender Dysphoria) and said that he’d never compete against a female, even with NO testosterone in his system. I have read and heard enough of these people who have detransitioned out of Gender Dysphoria and how they were aided and groomed into this captivity. Lord Jesus, I pray for visions and dreams, healings, deliverances and salvation for ALL people caught in this vicious and destructive lie from the enemy. Lord Jesus, bless these precious souls with Your Light and truth about how beautifully and wonderfully they are made and loved by You, Messiah Jesus! All glory to The Most High God and Jesus Christ, King of Kings, Who sits at the right hand of God!!!
Lord we humbly come before you and ask that you help America, open the eyes and hearts of the people to see your truth and move accordingly. Without you we will not survive please have mercy on America. In Jesus name.
