The case against Michael Sussman continues as special counsel John Durham unravels more and more lies, drawing closer to the full truth.
From Washington Examiner. Special counsel John Durham issued trial subpoenas for members of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee as he pushed his theory of a “joint venture” in the case against Democratic cybersecurity lawyer Michael Sussmann, who represented the Clinton campaign, and Rodney Joffe.
Clinton’s campaign, the DNC, the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, and the Perkins Coie law firm are fighting Durham’s efforts to compel the submission of withheld documents, arguing their claims of attorney-client privilege should keep the records concealed. However, Durham is continuing his legal pressure as he insists those groups played a coordinated role in pushing false Trump-Russia collusion claims.
Fusion “was not primarily providing or supporting expertise relating to legal advice; instead, it appears that the investigative firm’s primary, if not sole, function was to generate opposition research materials that the firm then shared widely,” Durham said this month….
“Tech Executive-1” Rodney Joffe, “Originator-1” April Lorenzen of the information services firm Zetalytics, and other researchers began to discuss “searching for and collecting derogatory internet data about the online activities of Donald Trump and his associates“ in June 2016, Durham said…
“The joint venture continued and crystallized early in August 2016,” when Sussmann, Joffe, and “agents of the Clinton Campaign” met, Durham said, pointing to an Aug. 12, 2016, meeting where Sussmann, Joffe, Elias, and the co-founder of Fusion met in Elias’s office to discuss “the same Russian Bank-1 allegations that the defendant would later bring to the FBI….”
Joffe also asked the CEO of an internet company to “mine and analyze vast amount of Internet traffic for any derogatory information he and his employees could find about Trump and his associates’ internet connections and online communications” and “sent the CEO a list (the ‘Trump Associates List’) containing email addresses, IP addresses, physical addresses, and other information of several Trump associates” while multiple people on the list were being researched by Fusion, Durham said.
The tech executive “exploited sensitive internet data that researchers were provided to guard against cybersecurity threats” but which he “instead directed them to mine for political purposes,” the special counsel said….
Sussmann’s attorneys said they learned Durham had issued the trial subpoenas Tuesday and that the special counsel is “requesting the testimony of witnesses regarding the assertion of attorney-client privilege in front of the jury.” The Clinton campaign and the DNC advised Sussmann they wanted to fight ”this plainly impermissible testimony,” Sussmann’s lawyers said….
Durham pushed back Saturday.
“The goal of the joint venture could not have been more clear: it was to gather and disseminate derogatory non-public information regarding the internet activities of a political candidate and his associates,” he wrote….
The special counsel made public his demand for more details on what the Clinton campaign and DNC were asserting attorney-client privilege over earlier this month in the case against Sussmann, who has been indicted on charges of concealing his clients from FBI general counsel James Baker when he pushed since-debunked claims of a secret back channel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank….

I am praying for truth to be revealed in every instance and aspect, truth that is irrefutable and that people will open their eyes and recognize truth when it is presented to them and that the media will no longer be able to convince so many that the obvious truth is not the truth – the media calls truth lies (disinformation) and lies truth all the time. Remind you of Isaiah 5:20? Praying God will protect Durham and his family and all others who pursue truth at great cost to themselves. If people knew the truth things would be so different, decisions based on truth are much better courses of action than those based on false beliefs, which we call lies. I still remain hopeful but also skeptical but mainly because I have seeing so much failure coming from the U.S. Government and corruption. I pray that God will help see the investigation through and keel the hope alive with in it. I think this would bring down the majority of the swamp but I also pray that God will calm the fears skepticism of the size of the swamp or how that feeling of hopelessness creeps in. Really that’s something I think we all can relate to. Which I really do pray to God that this “Durham Investigation” and “Biden Laptop” which I think are connected will bring an end to the corruption and that God will use this investigation to expose what corruption is going on not only hear in the U.S. but also the ties from other countries. I pray for accountability and that those involved will receive the punishment they deserve. I also pray that this will be our defining moment not only here in the U.S. but other countries as well for the citizens to wake up and realize that we cannot just turn our backs on the corruption and allow it to happen shrugging our shoulders like oh well no big deal our government is corrupt and don’t care about it’s people. Here in America especially we should not just give up like that because we are free and just as much at fault for just excepting that our government is corrupt and we should repent to be honest. We cannot allow this to happen again. So really with this Durham Investigation I pray for results, justice, accountability, but also that we can figure out a way to prevent this from happening again.
Dear Heavenly Father I am greatful for the works and miracles you have done since the beginning of time. You have been there and have gotten your people through all the hard ships since the Garden of Eden. There has been constant conflict throughout the history of this world. Father we thank you for your love and patience and we are thankful for the ultimate sacrifice of yous Son Jesus on the Cross so that not only we could have salvation but also that Jesus demonstrates that through you we can defeat death and evil. Lord only you know when the end times will come upon us. Only you know the hearts of man and I believe you could’ve allowed the end several times but you love us so much that you do just like every loving father would you save us. Whether it be through Noah’s ark, or Jesus either way God our faith is with you and our sights are fixed on Heaven and the eternal life. We pray that the Durham Report (Investigation) is successful and will make things right and will result in the swamp falling. We pray for the hearts to change that God those involved will have the courage to step up and say I know about what’s going on and will help expose the corruption and understand what I have done was wrong but I am willing to face consequences and how knows Lord maybe they can lesson their punishment by the noble cause. Regardless we pray that your will be done on earth as it is on heaven.

Dear Heavenly Father we ask your protection over Mr. Durham and all close to him. Keep him from ANY harm. Clear his path to find the truth in all matters he is investigating. Let any and all plans of the deceiver be exposed. Raise up a new breed of journalists that are committed to presenting the truth – and let the truth be heard throughout our nation. Let the guilty and prideful be brought low. Let Your justice prevail. Thank you for sustaining Your remnant in our country.
Lord, I pray for Special Counsel John Durham. I lift him to Your throne and ask for a double hedge of protection around him and his family. Also, protect his entire staff, all the documentation and legal filings. Lord, we prayed for truth to be revealed. It’s coming out. Protect it so that it will all be revealed. Lord, there are some people who should go to prison over this. It is a just punishment for this nefarious deed. Use all of this to save these people from spiritual suicide. Deliver them into the Kingdom of Your dear Son, who died for them, just as He died for me. I am a sinner saved by grace. They can be, too. Oh Father, You who bring life into being, change the lives of these people who don’t know You. Through it all, Lord, may You be glorified. Amen.
I pray for the truth to be exposed, and to be properly punished. As a nation, we cannot merely sweep this issue under the rug. People who create falsehoods to attempt to bring someone down, Donald Trump, or anyone else, need to be exposed, and made an example of. May God’s holy will prevail!
The church needs to be interceding for this. Pray! Pray! Pray! This is that Jenga piece that can bring down their tower of Babel once this makes news the enemy in our media can’t hide!!!!!
