I Prayed have prayed
Lord, inspire us with faith and encourage our hearts with Your hope.
Reading Time: 4 minutes

“I never lost faith in the end of the story,” were the inspiring words of Admiral Jim Stockdale.

For those unfamiliar with this American hero, in 1965 he became the highest-ranking naval officer to be held as a POW in Vietnam. He was held as a captive for seven years in brutal conditions. He was physically tortured no fewer than 15 times. They beat him, whipped him, and nearly-asphyxiated him with ropes. “Mental torture was incessant. He was kept in solitary confinement, in total darkness, for four years, chained in heavy, abrasive leg irons for two years, malnourished due to a starvation diet, denied medical care, and deprived of letters from home in violation of the Geneva Convention.”

Yet, despite the conditions and hardships, Stockdale said, “I never lost faith in the end of the story.”

During those seven years in the infamous prison camp, “Hanoi Hilton,” the more his captors tortured him, the more Stockdale resisted.

His courage became an inspiration to his fellow POWs as he created an ingenious code to communicate with them. He worked to maintain unit cohesion and morale even as he was being tortured.
As his jailers increased the level of torture, rather than submit, Stockdale determined to fight back.

His courage should inspire us today as we stand in faith for our nation.  We need to refuse to lose hope in the end of the story.

How?  The Word of God teaches us that all things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Like Martin Luther King Jr. stated, “We must accept finite disappointment but never lose infinite hope. “

There is no end to hope in God.

Yet, many have lost hope.  They walked through the past year seeing disappointment after disappointment and some have finally given up.

Admiral Jim Stockdale addressed the danger of giving up in an interview. When asked about those who ultimately died in the prison camp, he called them, “The optimists.” They were the ones who said, “’We’re going to be out by Christmas.’ And Christmas would come, and Christmas would go. Then they’d say, ‘We’re going to be out by Easter.’ And Easter would come, and Easter would go. And then Thanksgiving, and then it would be Christmas again. And they died of a broken heart,” Stockdale explained.

I have watched this same thing play out in our nation.

Many declared to the world that things would shift and get better by Passover 2020.  When that didn’t happen, it was said things would breakthrough before election day.  That didn’t happen either.  We then looked to January 20th, only to see yet another disappointment.

Disappointment makes the heart sick.  The Word of God tells us so in Proverbs 13:12. Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life. I believe today many, just as in Admiral Stockdale’s day, have a broken heart.

Sure, we are disappointed. This isn’t the way I wanted to see things turn out either, but I have not lost faith in the end of the story and neither should you.

God is good and I know He has a good plan for His people.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

The Bible tells us that God’s ways are higher than our ways.  He sees what is happening and He is not shaken, nor has He moved off His plan.  If we are to have this same perspective, our thoughts will have to come up to His way of seeing things.  Through the eyes of faith.  With faith and hope in the end of the story. We must trust His plan, even if we don’t understand it.

Admiral Stockdale stated one final thing I found inspiring.  He said, “You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end—which you can never afford to lose—with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.”

We cannot afford to put our heads in the sand and refuse to see where we are right now as a nation.  If we do, we will stop praying.  That is the devil’s greatest hope.  We cannot do that.  We must see clearly where it appears we are at this moment and then continue to pray accordingly, knowing God has a good outcome for us.

We cannot lose faith in the end of the story.  We may not fully understand God’s ways, but we can certainly continue to trust His plan.  He is faithful.  His Word has been sent forth concerning our nation and it will not return void.  Keep the faith.  Hold fast to your confidence in the end of the story.  Our end is in HIS hands, and He will not fail us.

So very, very great a story! Many thanks. I also think of Jimmy Doolittle, who saw deeper than his circumstance and trouble with the Japanese during WW II and allowed God to enlarge his heart and vision for the people of Japan after the War. God gave him a godly love and plan for Japan. Jimmy returned to the country who had been a great enemy with the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God and the Lord was faithful to do a marvelous thing. The very orchestrator of the Pearl Harbor attack, planned by Mitsuo Fachida, a Japanese idol worshipper, was prepared by God to receive the excellent gift of salvation in Christ Jesus! He and Jimmy became brothers in the Lord and co-laborers in Japan to plant, water, fill and reap a great harvest of new believers in the land of the Rising Sun!! Is anything too hard for the Lord? Indeed not!! All things are possible with God!! May He encourage us in desperate times to keep on, keeping on in His strength as He enlarges our heart’s and minds to come to know and see what God is after. He holds the world in His hands. His ways are perfect. We have a true hope for a beautiful future in Him. Never give up!! Be useful and fruitful for Him.

Thank you ,Kim, for expressing so eloquently how important it is that we not give up. We have hope and a future with the One who is Hope. Nothing the enemy does will ever change that as long as we keep our eyes and hearts focused on the Lord.

I asked our Lord if He could have me open up to something from His recorded words in “He and I” regarding the discouraging recent events in this Country, with the Socialists gaining full control of what was once the United States of America., and also how Christians and the Jewish peoples are now in jeopardy, when at one time in the U.S., we enjoyed a certain freedom from persecution.
He had me open up blindly to the following: “It is in the Evening of your life that you’ll begin to live- just when you think that you are going to die… when you have just heard My voice, the silence that follows is still full of Me.”

Dear Kim Potter, Thank you for sharing. As I read the story, I also am reminded of the book “NIGHT”(by Eli Eise) the very sad story of what horrific conditions he endured during the Holocaust. It also reminds me as a Black American the things my ancestors have endured. Many have suffered “Man’s Inhumanity To Man” (not just Blacks) As I look at our country’s brokeness, I am constantly reminded of our need for JESUS, as HE ALONE IS AMERICA’S ONLY HOPE
(Psalm 118:8)

What a great article! Thank you. It really balances out hope deferred, believing the story isn’t over but facing facts about the situation.
The truth is: I’ve been disappointed over this last year. Things look ugly. The story isn’t over. God is good.

At times we know that You Lord do things, or allow things, to happen in such a way that it seems like the enemy is winning, but You always move on Your people and You move for your people to turn things to good, because You are a good God and good Father. Light will always outshine the darkness in the end. I pray the people of our nation, and the nations of the world, turn their hearts to You so we will honor You and Your Word, and be back in the position of blessings again. I pray we as a nation honor Your Son, Jesus Christ, and are led by the Holy Spirit. You always lead us to be on the right path, and You have our best interests at heart. Thank You Lord. We need You Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen

I do not know what to pray. My prayers for my nation over the past year were answered with a “no.” Historically whoever had control over the military and the media won. Even though 74 million + voted for our dear President Trump, we are as powerless as the majority in Russia when the Bolsheviks took over and slaughtered 10’s of millions. It is hard to know what to pray. It is hard to pray with fervency like I did before. Yes, it is a good story and I will try to hold the faith.

John, how about just praying “Thy will be done Lord!”
He’s heard your prayers and it’s may not be that He said “no” so much as He has other things He wants to have lined up first. He knows what He’s doing much more than we do. I want His plans to come to fruition over my minuscule vision…

Thank you, Kim, for this encouraging word. It is easy to get discouraged when things drag on for a long time but we have to trust that God is good and He has a plan and purpose in all of this. We need to get our eyes off of ourselves and onto Him.

Oh Lord\o/we place our faith, our hope in Your Report over every other news report. What You have promised You shall surely watch over to bring it to pass and as You are passing us by now with such a great opportunity to believe before we see we are so truly grateful. We say, SO BE EVERY DOT AND EVERY TITTLE OF YOUR WORD To The Glory of The Lord our God who places His WORD ABOVE HIS NAME…we will continue to rest in You Lord our Father and let our faith be found in You, The Truth, The Life and The Way and not in the storm threatening our lives. We are Blessed above all people because Jesus is in this boat with us. Just as He has dominion over the ancient storms we humbly wait for His hand to stay the current storm we find ourselves in. He will not delay. If God Be For us who can be against us…Jesus, Holy Spirit was not sent and You did not birth Your church to go out as a powerless, broken, twisted shipwreck. Your Power is burning in the broiler rooms and we will experience walking talking volcanoes as Your Glory breaks forth from the Spirits of Your Children of Light. The Sons and The Daughters of God that the whole of creation is now groaning for. Adams who learn their identity as Christ’s Own offspring will split to show His Glory within…just as the Atom splitting brings forth much energy and power…watch and see what power comes from The New Adams…CHRIST IN YOU IS THE HOPE OF GLORY…HE…THE GREATER ONE…LIVES IN YOU!!!! HOLY SPIRIT IS WORKING WITH YOU DEAR SAINTS…YOU ARE MORE THAN the enemy wants you to see you are…YOU ARE THE WALKING TALKING POWERFILLED CHILDREN OF LIGHT…LIGHT CAN NOT BE DEFEATED‼️ YOU HAVE THE SAME SPIRIT IN YOU AS JESUS HAD IN HIM…NOT DIFFERENT…PUT OFF THAT OLD MAN THAT HAS BEEN CRUCIFIED AND PUT ON THE NEW MAN… BE STRONG IN THE LORD…IT IS NO LONGER YOU WHO LIVES…IT IS CHRIST THAT LIVES THROUGH YOU…👊💥POW‼️👊💥POW‼️👊💥POW‼️ It is already written so let it be: WE OVERCAME him by THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB BY THE WORD OF OUR TESTIMONY IN WHO HE IS AND WHAT HE MEANS TO US AND BY NOT BEING SO IN LOVE WITH OUR OWN LIFE BEING SO ATTATCHED TO THIS WORLD THAT WE WON’T LET HIM LIVE THROUGH US WE ARE ALREADY DECLARED OVERCOMERS BY OUR KING WE WILL LIVE UP TO IT‼️ TO YOUR GLORY OH GOD SO BE IT AND AMEN

I read these articles and comments, but hesitate to comment myself because it seems so difficult to put my thoughts in a comment. But this was encouraging to me so perhaps someone else may relate. In January when I was feeling discouraged with the outcomes in our nation. I cried to God ” Where are you God? Have you abandoned me. Have you abandoned our nation?” I heard His still quiet voice ” I have not abandoned you. I love you. I love my people and I love the United States. But my purposes and my picture of these events is so much bigger.” I felt such heaviness lifted. And I thought of Jesus’s disciples. They must have felt so confused and abandoned. Yet God had such a bigger plan. So now when I see things that make me feel discouraged. i say “God I don’t understand. But you are faithful and I know that you have a bigger plan. Let your will be done.”

He definitely “earned what he learned” here…quite a man here.
I learned many years ago to not ask God, “Why has this happened?”or “When will this stop?” but to say, “What should I/we do now, Lord?” “What do you wish that I/we do now?” The “how” will then follow.
God already has the end in mind for us. We live in the here and now, which can be brutal at times in our lives. It is only when the Lord gives us His perspective that we can learn to endure, whatever the circumstance may be.
What’s more…He knows how much a butterfly can endure, and He knows how much a tiger can endure.
He knows each person’s framework.

this is a hard story to read and I get mad at the evil in our nation– and just want to smack them—- and God always reminds me- “Vengeance is mine-sayeth the Lord.”- We know how the story ends and I cling to that- and know intellectually that what is happening here pales with Eternity with Christ in a healed transformed body and no sin — so for now- I remember the story of Job- I still cry but I know that it will all end soon- in God’s timeline- and in quiet times I look so forward to what’s coming for His people forever will nb nothing short of awesome . I am disabled but have had a good life filled with both hard times and good times- wonderful memories. Someone once said ” Don’t cry because you can’t- smile because you did.

I had lost hope. I have been discouraged. But your article has encouraged me. I had heard from the Lord that this is only a storm (of storms) and it will pass. I was afraid to trust that because of all the broken, seemingly, prophetic words spoken over this election. Your article clears up so many things! Now I do trust in the Lord’s word spoken to me. However, early on in 2020 I was also given a word of caution. It was that we will gain back all that is lost but if we don’t guard and treasure it it will all worse than before! So now, that makes more sense than ever before. Truth spoken heals and encourages.

Ever since the communists stole the election in Nov. I’ve felt God’s peace in a way that assures me He has a plan to defeat them. Last night, my daily devotions brought me to the chapter in Esther where Mordecai informed Esther of Haman’s plan to exterminate the Jews and exhorted her to approach the king on behalf of her people. Because the FBI director got me started investigating communists in 1962, I know the Democrats plan to exterminate the Christians in the USA. I know the location of 70 of their extermination camps and heard of 129 more. Thus, we are in the same place as the Jews in the days of Esther. Esther responded to Mordecai’s concerns by calling for a 3-day fast and promised to risk her life to approach the king on the 4th day. As I read that passage, the Holy Spirit moved me to tears. I saw the parallel to our situation today. I was impressed to fast for the next 3 days to intercede for the Christians in the USA. Because of certain health problems, fasting for 3-days is risky for me, but I’m willing to put my life on the line for God’s intervention. God not only rescued His Jewish people at the Red Sea and in the days of Esther, but also rescued the Christians living on Sumatra by killing over 500,000 Indonesian soldiers with the Boxing Day tsunami. The media lied when they said only 350,000 were killed by that tsunami. I met a Christian man, who used to be a Muslim in the secret police. He told me that the tsunami killed over 650,000 Muslims. None of those, who died, were Christians. 80% of them were military men. The Indonesian government was planning to exterminate the Christians on Sumatra starting New Year’s Day. They didn’t have the manpower to get away with it. The media hushed this up. God used a powerful revival in 1953 in Argentina to drive the dictator out of the country for 17 years. God can save us too.

This is a very encouraging article, Kim. The main thing that we need to take away from this, is, that the final chapter has not been written yet. Almighty God, You alone know what the future holds. We don’t. We need to trust in You and what You have in store for each of us is good .This does not mean that You are going to give us everything that we think that we need or want. This is a much-needed word for all believers in Christ. We must never give up as Winston Churchill once said. God will not be honored if we give up and give in. God is still on the throne and He has allowed all of this — probably to purify the Church, the Bride of Christ. We can no longer do things as usual. This time calls for another “Great Awakening,” to awaken us from our slumber and apathy. The Church during Jesus and Roman times was persecuted and threatened, but they didn’t give up nor give in to tyranny. Many of them died martyrs’ deaths to preserve their beliefs in God. We are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses who’ve gone before us calling us to persevere in the face of suffering and trial. All you have to do is read the Bible to know that all of this is true. It is a test of our faith. We must put on the whole armor of God and having done so, stand and keeping praying in faith and quit walking in fear. Thank you for this article. Turn off the news. Get into the Word daily. God will come through for us in His time and way. Continue to pray for President Trump that he will humble himself and learn as Nehemiah did that you do not even engage with the enemy much less call them names. You just keep on “building the walls” and marching. In God’s time, all the hidden lies and cheating will be revealed. Look up because our redemption draws near. Keep smiling and keep the faith.

I want to smack the bad guys- that’s in my blood and became my occupation for 30 years- pursuing justice- so in my spirit I still want to smack the bad guys. My hubby and I are prayer warriors- we love the movie “War room”- and we go to ours almost daily together. Thank you for reminding me about the full armor of God . We do know how the story ends– we are still amazed that we are seeing what we are seeing in our lifetime on a global level but we know that thousands of others have been going through this in other countries for hundreds of years—- OOOOFta!!!

The prophet Isaiah, speaking for the Lord said, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” Isaiah 43:18-19
Father, God, open our eyes, ears to the new thing that You are doing! Give us patience to wait for it. Will it be persecution followed by revival? Will it be your Son blowing the trumpet to call for His own? Whatever it is, let us focus on You, not on trying to guess what “it” might be or when “it” might come. Then we shall behold you face to face, here, there, or in the air!

Lord even though things are worse than a year ago we will face the future together. In Joshua 1:9 You Lord say- Be strong and courageous don’t be afraid, nor dismayed for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Lord please remind us when we are down that You are with us.I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

There was an evening when I opened my mouth to pray for guidance on an important decision and found myself singing a song I never heard before. That song fits what you just wrote. The chorus says:
“The angel of the Lord encamps around His people,
and delivers everyone, who fears His name.
    When you would be dismayed, do not be afraid;
for the angel of the Lord will see you through.”
The day after I sang that song, I was able to make the decision God wanted to do His will.

Thank you for reminding us to be faithful in hope and persevering in prayer. Thank you, Jesus, that You are in control. You have not stepped down from the right hand of God. Your mercies are new every morning. Your love endures forever. Thank You for encouraging us to remain in the battle and to continue to fight the good fight of faith. We must never give up. We must never abandon our position on the wall of Intercession. The prayers of the saints are in those golden bowls before Your throne. The clouds are pregnant with our prayers, waiting to be released. Release them today O Lord we pray. Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain! We love You Lord and trust You completely because You are trustworthy and Your word WILL accomplish its purpose here on earth today as it is in heaven. Amen.

Thank you for sending Jim Stockdale’s story. and thank God for Jim Stockdale to be a role modle for us and his life lived for Christ. Such encouragement, prise the Lord. Yes, we stand firm in our faith that God has a plan a nd a purpose for America and I pray she would rise to her calling. Pray believing God is our creater, our Keeper of the Light that shines in our hearts as we walk by faith, not by sight. Our God has never forsaken us and we shall not beg for bread for He gives of Himself freely to all who would call upon Him . Oh, how He loves us, can’t you feel His loving arms about you. His Word is true and does not return void. The Psalms is a wonderful place to allow Him to speak peace over you. Rest in His love as in Zeph. Praise God for +His keeping power.!!!! Amen and amen. God is so good a good, good father the Admiral’s words are so true! Gods ways are higher than ours and his thoughts are also. God is moving even when we don’t see it. We have to keep our faith, trust and hope in him. We have to stand and pray for our country and the situation at hand. Smile and be joyful knowing our father is in Total Control. Pray for all the wickedness and all those that are in office over us God will do the rest!! To God be the Glory!

I love this! O God, help us remember who you are. You are the great I AM, God Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I praise the Lord, He will not fail, He is not late, He is not surprised by anything that comes against Him, because He has already considered and planned for it. I trust you Lord. Come, move, bring revival and awaken your children. Sweep across this country bringing signs and wonders and miracles, salvation, healing and freedom for the captives. Come Holy Spirit, come. The world is watching Lord, show them your glory. Shine brightly through your ecclesia. Prepare their hearts to receive. Open their eyes to see and ears to hear. Separate the darkness from the people O God, and turn their hearts to You. You will have Justice, you will have Victory, you will not fail, it is not in you to fail. We declare it,in the name of Jesus. Amen

We already know the end of the story. God wins and evil loses. These are merely signs to God’s intended end. When you see a sign that says gas is five miles down the road, you don’t stop and fill up at the sign, you drive until you reach the gas station. These things that are happening are signs that we’re on the right road to where God wins and evil loses. God’s timing is perfect. Watch and pray! Soon the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore, encourage one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18. This is not our home. We are building God’s kingdom here, not ours. God’s perspective on this is to stop hating those on the left, that’s murder. Pray for God to give them repentance. There’s two things we need to be effective witnesses in this world: personal repentance from sin and sorrow for those who are perishing. The fields are white! Let’s get our eyes off the things of this world and set our heart and mind on things above. Our disappointment is God’s appointment with us to show us more of who He is. God is good! He will win in the end, He said so. Believe and trust Him. You will not be disappointed.

Heavenly Father, we come to you in humble prayer, knowing who you are, and how little we are. We are weak and of little faith. Strengthen our faith Lord, in your will and in your ability to perform miracles in our lives and the lives of others. Lord, we believe. Help our unbelief. Lead us not into temptation. Deliver us from evil. Let us not grow weary of doing good. Make us instruments of your peace. Let us do your will with cheerful hearts. Help us to be bold in proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Let us not lose sight of the end of the story or of your presence with us along the way. IN Jesus name, Amen.

A verse in Psalm 42 thanks God for “the help of His countenance.” (KJV) The center reference in my Bible says the literal
Hebrew says, “for Thy presence is salvation.” If God rends the heavens and comes down like He did in New York City in 1857, His presence can drive the wicked either to repentance or out of the country. A revival in Argentina in 1953 drove their dictator out of the country for 17 years. One of my teachers in Bible school was involved in that revival for a couple years before returning to the USA to teach at my school.

After reading “Don’t Lose Faith in the End of the Story”, this hymn came to mind. Thank you for the encouragement!
The Solid Rock
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness
I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.
On Christ the solid Rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand,
All other ground is sinking sand.

I was reading Isaiah 54 today. We are all very familiar with verse 17. I have always heard it “No weapon formed against you will prosper.” But in my reading this morning from the NIV it says “forged” against you. I found this intriguing so I looked up the meaning…it means “copied fraudently, fake. I have read this verse hundreds of times and never seen it with the word forged. God knows the truth and has a plan for America and His children. We must stand on His promises!

The battle is the LORD’S. Our privilege is to co-reign with HIM through prayer and fasting. This World is not our home but it is our testing ground. My mother used to remind me…”just put one foot in front of the other and you will get the job done.” Our prayer every morning is Thy kingdom come! Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. And what is my part, today. I believe by looking for GOD in everything, I am given strength to face whatever is set before us. Hope thou in GOD, for I shall yet praise HIM who is the health of my countenance, my HOPE.

Your comment reminds me of something else that may be of encouragement to you. When I was in Bible school (1968-72) I heard someone say, “One step is far enough for faith to see.” Ever since that day God has worked that way in my life. He rarely shows me the second step until I obey Him by taking the first step. I had to do this for 6 years to obey God’s leading to do missionary work in New Zealand. Although the devil put many roadblocks in our way during those 6 years, following God step by step finally outsmarted the enemy. We arrived there on Waitangi Day, which has some prophetic significance. Knowing that God sent us there to bless them, I prayed against the drought that was drying farms up and it rained that same night, ending the drought. You may also find it encouraging to read about the 3.5 years we were in Christchurch and the next 3.5 years in Dunedin. I wrote a book about all the wonderful things God did for us and through us entitled Ambassador Undercover.

Thank you, David, for several of your very meaningful comments.
I am encouraged by all of them. I was stirred up to share with you
in regard to the concept of taking steps toward our goals; which is
definitely God’s idea! He told me this when I was just walking and praying.
I was feeling tired and saying to Him, “I don’t think I can make it!”
He said, “As long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other foot,
you will make it; because the goal does not move. It remains steadfast and
sure and permanent. If the goal moved, you surely could not make it, which is
what the devil does. He keeps moving it like the proverbial carrot on a string
he keeps moving it. Each time you think you have reached it, he will jerk it away.”
God is the true end and scope of life: Our ultimate Goal!
Thanks for your service to our Lord.

At which point, I thanked Him and thought

Wonderful word, Kim. You describe this past year perfectly. The Lord gave us feelings, but they have nothing to do with our faith. I choose to count my blessings and to be content.

In New York state, I thank God that we won the 3 month long battle for Cong. Dist. 22 for Claudia Tenney and her goal now in Congress will be for election reform. She said no one should have to go through what she went through, battling Pelosi’s attorneys who outspent her attorneys 3 to 1.

We are also seeing our prayers being answered for exposing Gov. Cuomo for all of his corruption. It’s been a long struggle, but we are seeing answers to our prayers.

Be encouraged everyone. God sees and answers prayer!

Putting all the covid patients into nursing homes to kill over 8,000 senior citizens should result in Cuomo being executed for genocide. A personal friend, who was an honest NY police detective in 2000, said Al Gore got 1,000,000 fraudulent votes in NY that year. Most likely, those same 1,000,000 fraudulent voters put Cuomo in power to turn the state I grew up in as a fiefdom of Soviet Russia.

Thank you Kim Potter for your words of encouragement! I haven’t heard anything from GOD, but I know that this foolishness in our nation will end with our Victory! GOD Will deliver HIS people from evil! In the meantime: (Isaiah 41:10) Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I AM THY GOD: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of MY Righteousness. And….. Psalm 23…”The LORD is my SHEPHERD; I shall not want.
HE maketh me to lie down in green pastures: HE leadeth me beside the still waters. HE restoreth my soul: HE leadeth me in the paths of Righteousness for HIS Name’s sake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for THOU art with me; THY rod and THY staff they comfort me. (Now Picture this:) THOU preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: THOU anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. In JESUS MIGHTY Name! Amen!

Please forgive me for not trusting You as I should. My frail humanity fails me more often than I like to admit. Help me remember that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness.

I lift up my beloved America to You. Oh Lord, please expose and remove all the evil from among us. Cleanse our land, pour out Your Holy Spirit in a powerful way so the masses will fall to their knees, repent of turning from You, and run to You with open arms.

Rupert Murdock, who owns Fox News, is a prime example of how communist traitors like to infiltrate both sides of every argument so they can control the outcome. Although I usually like what Sean Hannity says, his screeners never let me share what I know about communist infiltrators on his show. One day I phoned with eye witness testimony that the ACLU is a communist front. I was so burdened for our country that I was in tears, but the screener wouldn’t let me say anything.
