I Prayed have prayed
Lord Jesus, thank You for drinking the cup of God's wrath for us. (Matthew 26:39, Mark 14:36, Luke 22:42)
Reading Time: 2 minutes

“Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger and the staff in whose hand is My indignation” (Isaiah 10:5). An interesting thing happened recently in Turkey, which was part of the Assyrian empire in Bible times.

From Fox News. A Turkish lawmaker had a heart attack and fell to the ground in Parliament on Tuesday after declaring that Israel will “not be able to escape the wrath of God,” according to reports.

Video shows Saadet Party Kocaeli Deputy Hasan Bitmez, 53, delivering a speech, which according to the BBC, was on the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

“Even if history remains silent, the truth will not remain silent. They think that if they get rid of us, there will be no problem,” Bitmez said in a translated version of his speech. “However, if you get rid of us, you will not be able to escape the torment of conscience. Even if you escape the torment of history, you will not be able to escape the wrath of God.” …

“During angiography, it was seen that two main veins were completely blocked, and after the intervention did not yield any results, he was connected to a heart-lung pump,” Koka reportedly said. “He is now vital with a heart-lung pump.” …

None of us can escape the wrath of God, unless we receive the gift of salvation from Jesus. At this point, the time is short. Are you sure that you have received this gift? Is there someone you need to talk to about Jesus?

This is ridiculous. If a Republican collapsed in the House and died, while speaking against a Democrat Bill, would you jump to the conclusion that it was God’s wrath rather than his medical condition?

He was speaking of his own “god” – Allah – who I am now convinced is not related to our own Almighty God, but is an entity filled with loathing and anger against humanity.
I pray for Peace, but understand that only may come about after the extinction of the evil of Hamas and its associates around the world.

I am sure you didn’t mean to, but it would be heresy to suggest that there are two competing ‘gods’.

We have not entered the tribulation… which means we are still in the age of grace …and anyone that believes that God would strike anyone down, lacks an understanding of his love for all people and his willingness that none should perish, but that all should come to repentance. This is extremely dangerous theology…and it begs the question; if a similar thing happened to a pastor of a christian church, would we question his salvation or lifestyle?…

Dangerous thinking!!

I have read that he has died. I hope that he had an encounter with Jesus before he died that lead to his salvation. God’s mercy through the blood of Jesus and His death upon the cross is his and our only hope.

I lived in Turkey, love her people and pray for them. I believe, however, that if the Lord was striking down those in governments who are speaking out against Israel, we could assume there is Devine judgement falling upon men and the world would be taking note. But an obscure politician having a hard attack during a speech hardly garners attention. That being said, I will pray that if Hasan Bitmez survives, this will be something that will get his attention, that he will recognize the context within which he had his heart attack, and he will turn to Jesus Christ. Who knows how the lord might us him in that case?

Dear Lord I pray for total forgiveness for anything detrimental said about Israel, from those in our government, from protesters, from students’ antisemitic statements made, I ask for forgiveness , and we pray for the salvation of all in Israel plus we pray for Israel to win her war without the wrong interference of our president and leaders. We know how you have come to the rescue of the people of Israel in the past over and over again.
I pray for your wisdom to come to
President Biden. And that we continue to bless and support Israel.

Genesis 12:3 (TLV): “‘I will bless those who bless you, but whoever curses you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.'”
If Hasan Bitmez lives, it’s because of Yahovah’s infinite mercy!
Father, may all the world see and know that You are the God of Israel and You will defend Israel and its people from all opposition!
Israel’s enemies are Your enemies and I pray for your compassion and mercy be extended to them that they would repent and turn to You in order that they may receive Your forgiveness through Yeshua haMeshiach!
I pray that many would make the decision to follow Yeshua today! For today is the day of salvation. No one is guaranteed tomorrow.
I pray for revival to break out all over the earth and there will be multitudes of people from every tribe and tongue that Your Name will be lifted up and glorified through Your Son.
In Yeshua’s Name. Amen!
