Why was China stockpiling important resources just before the COVID outbreak? Did they know when the virus would be released?

China not only severely restricted export of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gowns and masks, but also bought supplies of them from numerous other countries months before it finally let the world know about the outbreak of Covid-19 in its city of Wuhan in late 2019, reported The Telegraph Oct 9, citing experts.

China’s PPE exports to the US fell by around 50% over Aug-Sep of 2019 in a significant drop which raised alarm bells at key US government agencies, the report said. It added, citing experts, that China also started to buy up global PPE stocks in Europe, Australia and the US around the same time.

A representative of HCA, which operates around 200 hospitals and 2,000 clinics, was stated to have reported that surgical gowns and drapes had gone on backorder in late Sep 2019, leaving hospitals scrambling, and “they could not remember ever seeing so much of this stuff on back order.” …
While China’s campaign to snatch up global PPE stocks and ship them back to China occurred at the start of the pandemic over Jan-Feb 2020., its earlier purchasing efforts over Aug-Sep 2019 call into question whether the Chinese were aware of an outbreak earlier, the report noted.
It further said China’s restricting of PPE exports came around the same time that the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) removed a database of bat virus gene sequences, which has never been restored.
EcoHealth Alliance, the non-profit organisation known for funnelling US government funding to Dr Shi Zhengli’s lab at WIV, had confirmed to the pair that “the pandemic could not have started at the Wuhan wet market.” …

I pray for truth and justice Lord God. To reveal everything about the COVID outcome. We know China started it and probably with the help of the U.S. government also. You know everything God!
I thought it was planned from the beginning. China’s government is not our friend, and unfortunately it holds way too much influence over our current administration. However, this country has belonged to the Lord from it’s very beginning. Only He has to strength to keep it that way.
Seriously, who could possibly believe that China and others intentionally created and released Covid on the world with intentions of creating havoc thus controlling the world as just a first step of evil world order.

Yes, China (CCP) is suspect for nefarious activities. However: 1) More and more truth is being revealed about this “planned scamdemic.” More people have died from the FLU in past years than the ‘Corona flu’. Then all of a sudden in 2020 and beyond ” The FLU” deaths drop to nothing and CONVID spikes to horrendous levels. Hmmm??? 2) During 2020 and beyond everywhere you see a gazillion masks for purchase. I checked every place masks were available and 9 out of 10 were MADE IN CHINA. Hmmmmm??? 3) Got the flu in 2022 just like I had in 2013. But this time the CONVID “PCR” test was — POSITIVE. The Dr. left behind the package the PCR came in. I checked the manufacturer annnndddd MADE IN CHINA!!!! Hmmmmmmm???? Reports and studies from around the world have now proven the PCR tests were unliabial and meant to inflate C19 rates. ALSO, the glorified MASKS have been also proven to be of no benefit but instead a health hazard. So true, agree with all you put forth as we all witnessed these things in real time right before our eyes – but we were and still are being gaslighted 24/7 by the media that what we saw and experienced, we did not see and experience. The inventor of the PCR test, Mullis, stated that it should and could not be used for DIAGNOSIS of infection for anything. The test may have SLIGHT application for study, but NOT for determining whether a person is infected or sick or transmissible for any illness (even COVID.) Millions of these Covid PCR tests were sold WORLDWIDE prior to 2019 for during the “experimental” pandemic that was playacted in 2019 just months prior to implementation.
The deaths prior to the vaxxs were likely those who were susceptible to the flu/respiratory during 2019-2020. Also, when prior treatments that WORKED were banned, and POOR treatment plans with deadly medicines were implemented, THEN more deaths ensued. The face diapers not only caused long covid, but can cause bacterial and fungal infections leading to death.
Deaths and disabilities since the vaxxs have incrementally increased via a number of powers worldwide with ALL ages higher than ALL the other vaccines combined for all of the years that the data has been collected.
