Alligator Alcatraz is up and running, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis says the Department of Homeland Security has started deporting migrants from the facility.

“I’m pleased to report that those flights out of Alligator Alcatraz by DHS have begun,” DeSantis said, Fox News reported. “The cadence is increasing. We’ve already had a number of flights, in the last few days, we’ve had hundreds of illegals [that] have been removed from here.”

“This provides an ability to enhance the mission, to increase the number and frequency of deportations. And so what’s been done here has really been remarkable,” he added.

The facility was constructed earlier this year, with Trump touring Alligator Alcatraz at the beginning of July. Governor DeSantis said the facility was designed to facilitate rapid deportations, complete with its own runway.

This news comes as the Trump administration has set deportation records. Even as the Left rebels against ICE, law enforcement has been hard at work keeping our nation safe.

Let’s continue to pray for law enforcement, and let’s pray that Alligator Alcatraz and these deportations make our nation safe again!
