Ahead of the midterms, Conservatives are pushing hard for the passage of the SAVE Act in a bid to secure our elections. Though Democrats have blocked the legislation in the Senate thus far, some are calling on Republicans in the upper chamber to end the “zombie filibuster’ to force the legislation through.

Conservatives are calling on Senate Republicans to end the “zombie filibuster” to overcome Democrat opposition to the SAVE America Act, legislation that would mandate voter ID and proof of citizenship.
President Donald Trump threw his full support behind the bill in recent days, arguing that America’s elections are “rigged, stolen, and a laughingstock.”
“The SAVE [America] Act is very important,” Trump told reporters Friday. “Everybody wants it. Even with Democrats, it’s polling at 82%. With Republicans, it polls at 99%, so we’re going to be trying very hard.”
Though the bill has passed multiple times in the House, Democrats in the narrowly divided Senate have kept it from passing. In a bid to force the passage of the bill, however, Representative Chip Roy and Senator Mike Lee, the bill’s sponsors, have been calling on Senate Majority Leader Thune to revive the talking filibuster.
What is the talking filibuster? According to the Daily Signal, it would “would require senators to hold the floor and debate rather than simply invoking a procedural 60-vote threshold.” According to Senator Lee, a true talking filibuster protects “each Senator’s right to debate,” while the current “zombie filibuster” grants all the benefits of a filibuster to Senators without forcing them to speak.
Meanwhile, Americans around the nation broadly support the voter ID requirements that the SAVE Act would cement in place. According to CNN, 83% of Americans are in favor of the move. It’s no surprise that Americans support stronger election security, as recent revelations have exposed serious fraud in significant elections.
As our leaders continue to navigate a divided House and Senate, let’s pray for the passage of the SAVE Act!

We are in a titanic spiritual warfare against the hosts of demons who are intent like crazy on destroying America completely, and as fast as they can. Therefore, I believe we need to approach prayer from a completely different perspective than the way in which most of us pray, if we are going to be truly and lastingly effective. How is that? 1. We must understand with conviction our position in Christ on the Throne of the universe. According to Ephesians 1 and 2, because of Christ’s mighty resurrection and ascension, we arose with Him and are seated with Him on His Throne! Therefore, 2. We must understand with conviction that Satan and all his demons are under OUR feet, because they are under CHRIST’S feet! That means, 3. We must understand with conviction that all evil humans (who want to destroy America) in our government, the news media, education, military and finance, are controlled and used by Satan and his demons. The power by which they are getting so much of their agenda accomplished is not their own. They are getting it from Satan! Therefore, 4. We must understand with conviction that the only way to defeat them in our prayers is not to speak UP TO the throne THROUGH the armies of Satan, but to speak DOWN FROM the throne TO the armies of Satan – in the powerful name of Jesus! Jesus told us Himself that everything we bind on earth or loose on earth would be followed up by it being bound in Heaven and loosed in Heaven. Here is an example of such a prayer. The rest of you can modify it as the Holy Spirit leads you. “Dear Father, I thank You for seating me with Your Son, my Lord Jesus Christ on Your mighty Throne! I now humbly but boldly take up the authority Jesus gave me to bind the enemy in His name. ‘Satan, in the unconquerable name of Jesus who died and rose again from the dead, and who now reigns over you from His Throne, I speak to you as one seated with Him on His Throne. I bind you and your demons who are controlling and using evil men and women in our country in their determined effort to destroy this great nation. I arrest you and handcuff you! I refuse to accept what you are doing to our nation! I order you in the great name of Jesus to loose your grip on the hearts, minds and voices of good men and women in our nation who want to speak out but are afraid. I especially command you to take your hands off the minds, hearts and throats of our good congressmen who are feeling paralyzed and helpless and intimidated into silence and caving to their enemies. Let them go, that they may be free to say and do what is right – especially right now with the SAVE ACT!’ Father! in Jesus’ name, I ask You to bind the enemy in Heaven just as I have bound him on earth! I ask You to loose the good men and women in our government in Heaven, just as I have loosed them on earth! Thank You so much! I love You! Amen!”
It’s as simple as this for me. Our nation was founded on Godly biblical principles. Our Constitution and Declaration of Independence reflect that truth.
It is simple understanding to know that God‘s Will is that we have honest, truthful and just elections in this nation. We declare and we decree that whatever is necessary to happen in our Congress regarding having these honest truthful and just elections, would indeed take place securing our Father‘s Will regarding elections in this nation. Amen.

ABBA, I pray for more people to PRAY….. a call to prayer throughout our nation and world. I pray for you to raise up men and women and give them insight as you did Daniel and the other three Hebrew men who have Your heart… As You did for the four young men in Daniel 1:17 – give Your chosen an unusual aptitude for understanding every aspect of literature and wisdom. Give some the special ability to interpret the meanings of visions and dreams as you did Your servant Daniel… and appoint them to a high position and give them many valuable gifts. Make them rulers over our nation. (Dan.2:48) May Your Finger move again as You did in Daniel 5 to bring a Holy Fear of You in our nation… ONE NATION UNDER GOD… that declares You are the Living God as in Daniel 6. Daniel 9:17 – O our God, hear Your servants’ prayers! Listen as we plead. LORD, smile again on Your desolate sanctuary…” May the people who know YOU as their God be strong! (11:32). And from the words of Your servant, Dutch Sheets, “may the coming season in the church be known as ‘the servant movement.’ Real Christianity, Lord. Mercy and Grace from You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen. And THANK YOU ABBA!!
Dear Father,
Please give Your wisdom and Your courage to members of the U. S. Senate, both Democrat and Republican, so that they will do what You desire and what the American people support – by large majorities. Intervene in the effort to pass the Save Act and cause it to pass. Not only that, but cause our elections to be fair and just. We need just legislation, but more than that, we need You. Please cause only those persons who support what You support to be elected to office. May those who oppose You be changed and saved, or removed from office and every place of influence. Remove their funding also. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
Lord, move in the hearts and minds of all the legislators that this bill is good and should pass. Turn the necks of those who hearts are seared, whose minds won’t be swayed. Blow a fresh wind of patriotism for this Republic. Turn their hearts back to God. If they won’t budge, Father please budge them out of their seats. Thank You. Amen.
