About 20 national faith leaders gathered in the Oval Office yesterday for the signing of the initiation of the White House Faith Office. Members of the National Faith Advisory Board, including IFA CEO/President Dave Kubal, were present at the signing.
As in his last term, President Trump is committed to maintaining a faith-friendly environment across the federal government. This office makes sure that “people of faith will have a seat at the table” in the White House.

The accusation of Paula White is totally unfair. She has done much in bringing the Christian community together in praying for our President and this administration. We need to support her and be united in praying for each other that God’s will continue to be pursued and accomplished.

My comment probably wonāt be popular. I must state it anyway. Scripture is VERY clear about women not leading and teaching men in the church. I think it would apply here also. I think there are many other Christian men qualified to fill this position. She does qualify not for a number of reasons identified in the Scriptureā¦the standard for conducting our lives. As a Christian woman I canāt support her in the position.
Each day is an answer to prayers. President Trump seems to make me love the Lord even more as I see him caring for people as Father God does. What a difference this will make with salvations. But with families and identities of our children. Their education. Safer places for them to live. ā¤ļøāš„

I am under the impression that is already being addressed since the President has been so vocal about it and we’ve seen major movement in the area of sanctity of life.
Father, may this be the beginning of a return to One Nation Under God. In our founding days there was no need to remind people that we were established by God. They saw His sovereignty and acknowledged His blessings, blessings of protection, and of prosperity. Today, we need to recall them and the One who offered them to us. May we remember the Lord our God, our Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit; praising Him for revivals we have seen and praying the hearts of many are turned toward Him, seeking Him, and inviting Him in to do His will in our days.
The event of honoring Christ as a central focus of our American government changes everything. There is a renewed commitment and energy among believers for prayer and intercession to cover our leadership and institutions. Thankful for God’s mercy and grace that He has given us this freedom! May we truly be able to pledge, “In God we trust.”

I would like to play an active role in helping our country and its government. My background includes some radio and television, plus some print media. I have been to all 50 states, but I have always called Alabama home. I am not tired of all that!
I would enjoy doing what I can to help our President and those on his staff. I do not mind traveling and also making phone calls. I have always lived somewhere in Alabama, but I have been on the ground in all 50 states (and 32 countries).
Our president and his staff just need to keep on keeping on!!

I understand, coming to such conclusions about Jesus Christ’s response to Satan’s taunts; however, Jesus responded based on one reason, He was God’s Son, that came as A Savior, A Messiah, The One promised in the Old Testament, such as by the Prophet Isaiah, in Isaiah 53, the whole chapter, among many others we can look up.
Jesus’ 3 temptations in the 40 days/Nights in the wilderness, were about falling down and worshipping Satan, giving up His Soul Purpose, as the Son Of God, to die on a cruel cross for all of the sins of the world’s people then, and in the future, as stated also in Acts 2 : 1-43…Peter’s first sermon after the Ressurection of Jesus Christ..
Therefore, absolutely no connection of foreshadowing to our President Trump, nor any other earthly leader. President Trump is not trying to be king of the world. Nor can he bring the Peace that Passeth all understanding, in which only Jesus Christ can do. President Trump if you listen to him and not the False news clips that edit out his statements, he states he wants to see the world without war, and That kind of peace. He wants to actually help poor countries, like Gaza and lead in helping their rebuilding of their war torn country, not just name some Fake agency that funneled our tax dollars all over the world in the name of “AID” only to further the LGTBQblah blah propaganda!

Thank you for the installment of the faith advancements in the White House. We’ve been praying for this for years. “White House” literally is to be very symbolic for purity, holiness, righteousness, integrity, accountability, compassionate, and visionary of what heaven should look light on earth.
I am a court hall chaplain in Gwinnett Co. Georgia for over 20 years praying with folks before they go to court. Countless miracles have happened when prayer is the top priority at their most difficult moments of the person’s life in court. Prayer is also for couples getting their licenses for marriage. Weekly earnest prayer is also exercised in the building for all judges, commissioners, school board members, and all mayors. Righteousness is reigning in our county!!!
It has come to my attention that the court hall is physical symbolic of earth!! “It is appointed unto man once to die and after that ‘GO TO COURT,” Good news – For those who have Christ in their heart, Jesus has chosen to be their Attorney to plead their guilty case on death row by telling God the Judge He has already paid for his clients charges (death penalty). God the Judge has only one verdict to declare in court, “The case is dismissed / closed for legally the charges have already been ‘paid in full’ not by the guilty party, but by his Attorney.”

Bad choice. The prosperity gospel makes mockery of the tens of thousands of Christians being persecuted and martyred around the world. The book of Hebrews tells us about the great cloud of witnesses and none of them that I can see put the gospel up for sale. Trump does a lot that looks good and of course he is far better than the rancid collection of marxists that comprise the modern Democratic Party. But if he is a Christian he is a complete novice and needs a far steadier hand than will be provided by this very questionable person. It doesnāt seem that many in the American church heed the Lordās command to ācount the costā or to take up our cross to follow Him. The prosperity gospel is a distortion and a lie and this appointment will, in the end, be disastrous for the spread of the true Gospel.
I agree with the point of comments about the ‘prosperity gospel’. We do need to be very careful of the pride of life in our culture and the lack of knowledge with active engagement of God’s truth to our sphere of influence. We need to follow our Lord’s mandate to be ‘Watchers on the Walls’ of what and where our Lord has placed us in ‘a time such as this.’ However, we, as His people must make sure to watch over our own hearts, daily! We must seek first His kingdom and righteous ways, first… Then, we can rightfully divide the truth in order to bring about God’s will. May the men and women involved in this appointment of a Faith Council be ever vigilant to keep their hearts pure before our God in order to heal this land and it’s people restoring and redeeming souls. I have to admit, Dale, that my natural man sometimes rejoiced in his plain, non-pc, language, because I was tired of “silver-tongued” platitudes from politicians. But I was convicted by Holy Spirit. Our speech can be forceful and straight-forward without the language itself being purposefully offensive or crude or vulgar.
Just thought I would say this, President Ttump has changed since 2016. I certainly do not know when he claims to have his salvation through Jesus Christ, but just suttle things, and more open about his own realization of God at work in his life has been noticeable to many including myself. Sometimes, as we mature in our walk with Jesus Christ, and learn more about the way we need to change our old life, keep growing in the new life the better we become. And, we all come from various places and different lifestyles, so each of us have different battles to fight and and personalities to change.

I don’t think a faith leader should be a woman. She is a Sharlet, so name it and claim it prosperity gospel. She prospered herself. We should have a true biblically based leader in charge, not one with a crazy idea to manipulate God’s word. Who put this person in Trump’s ear?
I’m not sure who put her name in his ear, but I do know that she has been his personal faith advisor since he was president in 2016. I’m not in favor of her either and am praying that God would reveal to President Trump to go in a different direction than Paula White. Thankful for a Faith Team but praying for discernment for who is in charge of it.
We need to pray for those Christians present to have at least one that has a word from the Lord for President Trump. Because of what happened at Butler last year, his heart is open to You, O Christ. Let him not overstep what the Lord would want, but exactly what the Lord would want. Let the unGodly be horrified, but let the Lord’s people be glad.

While the initiative has tremendous potential, I have zero confidence in Paula White-Cain as the leader, since she divorced her first husband, and was recently seen walkng hand-in-hand with Benny Hinn while leaving a motel. I would much prefer a respected leader like David Jeremiah or Franklin Graham.

I am very concerned with the choice of leader for this group. I have seen and heard much about Paula White Cain to be concerned about. This is not, as one brother suggested, just a case of a critical spirit. God has called his people to exercise their discernment. Examining the facts and coming to a conclusion is just a matter of discernment.
This task force could do much good, but it could be turned for evil. The leader plays a critical role in the direction it takes. We don’t need a group of evangelical leaders taking up the mantle of progressivism. I suggest the book “Shepherds for Sale” by Megan Basham for well-researched data on the direction some evangelical leaders have taken.

The areas they will be involved in could be used for good, and they could be turned for evil. I can see the possibility of having this take up the mantle of progressivism, rather than supporting godly values.

After reading so many judgmental and critical comments against our President’s choice of leader, I thought, “Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.” Do we really not trust God that he is able to cause all things to work for good? It’s interesting to see how many people think that the Holy Spirit is speaking to them about other people’s business. A critical spirit is not the Holy Spirit.

2016 President had her be his spiritual adviser, 2020 President ended up in such a disaster. I think there will be somebody better than her.

These are our Lords instructions not mine. The article states one area that will be addressed is “strengthening marriages”. This is only one concern the Spirit is highlighting. She is not God’s choice, I repeat, GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED.
Trust me, my admonishment is by permission of the Holy Spirit and from the Lord God Almighty.

Gods word in 1 Tim 2:12 states clearly that women are not to teach or exercise authority over men, but to remain quiet and in submission to male leadership in church functions. In Gods word there is no place for women as elders, pastors or deacons in all church activities. Leadership is always Patriarchial, according to Gods order in the OT and NT.
Feminism has crept into the church and all culture to confuse the order ordained by our Father, to keep things orderly and decent, with men leading and exhorting and preaching. If these laws were not repeated from the Old Law,Paul would have made a distinction between them, as he does in other chapters about many things. Iām sure you understand that our Nation was founded on Christianity. That said, this Faith Office was formed to encourage Biblical influence on policies that address the subjects/issues within the domestic policy centerās scope.
The First Amendment states that Congress may not make any LAW that establishes any religionā¦ā. This Faith Office doesnāt have the authority to make or pass any laws, only the Legislative Branch has the right to do that. But, they do have every right to influence policy.
So were you okay Nick when the previous administration repeatedly violated “the free exercise thereof” portion of that clause? The founders’ point was to protect the Church from government, not vice versa.

Questions to ask are 1) who makes a final decision about any endeavor they are asked to be involved with 2) where is funding coming from, to utilize, and are they too going to ask for donations? 3) What if the three people listed in that group have a staunch belief God told them ” this is what you need to do,” and its three different ” the Holy Spirit told me…”
Its just recognizing the facts of these situations have been prevalent in so many good intentions of organizations, that they failed miserably, even the early churches the Peter and Paul wrote of in the New Testament. That even false teachers came in amongst them and divided to their destruction. One other example is of course John’s Revelation, and his lessons on the 7 churches.
No, this org will not be a “church group ” but, various representatives from various churches will be leading it. And, our principles based on God’s Word , do not always match up with some others. Just a sad realization in our
” denominational” world today. This was not supposed to be this way, Jesus Christ has only One Bride, His Church, the One He is coming back for. They were first called The Way in Acts 19:23, and we can learn from Acts, 1&2 Cor., Ephesians, 1&2 Timothy and so many other books in The New Testament how His Bride was to be, how to operate and be organized, how to take care of one another’s needs, how first of all to be a part of it, upon our salvation. And, also by their examples, how they took care of each others needs, never did they go to the synagogues or Roman government for help. Why?
Just a few thoughts for us to consider, in our prayers and understanding, and yes Thankful our President is trying to make a way for us to not be persecuted, and to be helpful in our ways and means in our communities.

1) I’m concerned that many are assuming they know what this Faith Office is tasked with, instead of really knowing – so I’m going to check out the info Tonya suggested.
2) “Faith” is a term that is not always defined at all in political forums (purposely), or it may be defined as any religious faith. Let’s not assume that it will be defined as faith in YHVH through a relationship made available through His Son, Yeshua.

The early Church didn’t need Constantine’s help, if anything it weakened it’s influence. So far the prayers of the saints have moved the mountains that we are witnessing today, Let’s maintain the fight from the position of being on our knees.

Constantine probably halted the spread of the true Gospel far more than all of the persecution the first century church had experienced – because the organic and vibrant body of believers turning the world right side up, became an institution and a religion. House-to-house evangelism and fellowship actually flourish in the midst of persecution, contrary to the commonly held belief that we need “peace” and “safety” to experience revival and awakening. Although I do admit, it sounds better than persecution.
Establishing the Faith Office is in itself an answer to prayer. This nation was founded on Christian principles and we absolutely need to bring God back to our country. The only way that will be done is through prayerā¦ we need to let God know we absolutely need his help to make our country great again. I thank God for Trump’s stance on Christianity! However, I do pray that this doesn’t become a governmental overreach into the Church. I pray the Church rise up and do her job in taking care of the poor etc., in cases where family is unable. I have become so very ENCOURAGED by every single one of the FAITH BASED positive comments.
