From California Globe. The California Senate Judiciary Committee just heard and passed Assembly Bill 957 by Assemblywoman Lori Wilson (D-Suisun City), in which a parent could lose custody for not “affirming” or agreeing to a child’s claims about gender identity.

The bill, co-authored by Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), would require judges adjudicating such disputes over transgender-identifying children to favor the parent who “affirms” the child’s preferred identity in custody cases.

Assemblywoman Wilson said her bill, acknowledging “TGI” kids (transgender, gender diverse, intersex), was needed to address “parents antagonistic to their child’s gender identity.”
Several statistics about trans children and suicide were used in the arguments supportive of AB 957, including 1-in-5 trans/binary youth attempted suicide last year, and fewer than 1-in-3 trans kids have gender affirming homes. There was no supporting documentation to these claims. …
The opposition to AB 957 was interesting — hundreds of parents, many Latino parents, numerous nurses and some clergy. …
Perhaps the highlight was when Senator Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita) addressed the committee, the bill’s author, and parents in the hearing room. He said in his 11 years in the California Legislature there have been many bills protecting children. However he said, “Now we need one to protect parents” if they don’t support positions of the government.
“If you love your child, you need to flee California,” Sen. Wilk added. “I’m going to move to America when I finish in the Legislature.” (that means out of California) …

Lord, give us election integrity. Strengthem the initiative of returning to voting in person, unless it is not feasible, using paper ballots hand counted so that we can get a true vote! The left has been successful at all kinds of voter fraud, especially using machines that are easily programable for any desired outcome. They will continue to do so to stay in control.
Looks like it’s time for California residents to elect conservative godly men and women into the majority of their government! God help them! Please takeover liberal states claiming this ugliness and committing murder under many guises. In Jesus name we pray! Amen! In God We Trust. Proverbs 3:5-6 … pray this over the people in the United States! God WINS ALWAYS!!!!
Is anyone really surprised that this bill passed? God gave them over. We need to be praying every day for our country and our leaders and our homes and our children and our grandchildren. We need to be faithful to live our lives for the Lord, not for pleasure. Our hearts need to be broken for these demon possessed people. Only God can open their eyes and change their hearts. May He hear our prayers.
Father God we pray against these forces that are trying to change California into a Marxist state. Forgive those especially who are pushing this bill and help them come to know who you really are.

Lord Jesus, Thank you for your Word that says You will never leave us, nor forsake us. These children, they belong to You and their parents. They are not little animals looking for a new home. You are their creator, and your Word says that they who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint. Ahab wanted Naboth’s vineyard but Naboth refused. He said, “the LORD forbid that I should give you the inheritance of my fathers.” When Jezebel found Ahab sulking, she devised a deadly plan. After Jezebel’s scheme was carried out, the Lord told Elijah,” Get up and go down to meet Ahab… he is in the vineyard of Naboth. When Ahab saw Elijah he said, “So, you have caught me, my enemy. Elijah replied, “I have caught you because you devoted yourself to do what is evil in the LORD’s sight… Have you not murdered a man and seized his land?”
Dear Heavenly Father, Ahab wanted what was not his. We can say the same for these “legislators.” I read what Elijah spoke to Ahab. I read how Ahab repented and humbled himself because he was terrified of Your judgement. Like Ahab, these “legislators” are devoted to do what is evil in Your sight. They have planned to take the inheritance from California’s fathers and mothers. And what they have planned should NEVER be allowed. I pray You will speak words of judgement to each one who supported this and they repent and are saved. If You are refused, I pray You will have Your way with them Lord. I ask this and so much more in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen
I watched the entire hearing courtesy of California Family Council. There were dozens and dozens of brave patriots that opposed this bill. Citizens called, emailed and showed up in person to oppose this abusive attack on parental rights, yet my state representatives passed it through for a small minority of people who have a misguided perception that their ways are the ways of compassion and caring for children. God gave children to PARENTS, not the government to make decisions for them. God, return us to your truth! Have mercy on the children of California! Rout out the evildoers, in Jesus name!

I just watched a video about a mom from CA that they did this to. They took her daughter because her parents would not accept her transitioning to a male. They believed she had mental issues. They took her daughter, helped her transition, put her in foster care and her daughter eventually ended up kneeling in front of a train and killing herself. The mother was heartbroken and devastated. Pure evil. Pray for our nation 🙏
Lord, the enemy has setup camp in the state of CA. forgive us for not fighting harder.

Propmt them to fight and stand up for their rights. Children are a God given gift with a purpose and plan for their lives that will glorify you, Father. The enemy is trying hard to not let this happen. We push back on this gate of hell!

We left California for our children’s sake. Giving birth to our last child in the hospital opened our eyes on how the enemy wants our children. In California the children are not yours they belong to the state and they make sure you know that. We know God wins in the end. I pray for all Christian families in California for the mighty protection of Jesus Christ
