Kathy Barnette was born to a 12-year-old mother, who became pregnant at age 11 when she was raped by a 21-year-old man. Speaking to the exceptions for abortion, Kathy shares that she is grateful that her mother and her mother’s family saw value in her life even in difficult and tragic circumstances.
