School districts like Chino Valley Unified are fighting back against the trans agenda, even in deep-blue states. We pray for truth and justice.

California’s attorney general sued a Southern California school district Monday over its new policy requiring schools to notify parents if their children change their gender identification or pronouns, the latest blow in an intensifying battle between a handful of school districts and the state about the rights of trans kids and their parents.

Attorney General Rob Bonta said policies like the one adopted by Chino Valley Unified School District will forcibly out transgender students and threaten their well-being. But the district’s board president and supporters say parents have a right to know the decisions their children are making in schools.
Bonta is seeking a court order to immediately block the policy in Chino Valley, a district about 35 miles (55 kilometers) east of Los Angeles, which requires schools to notify parents within three days if employees become aware a student is asking to be treated as a gender other than the one listed on official records. …
A couple of nearby districts have adopted similar policies and at least one more is considering doing so. The moves have stoked fierce debates at local school board meetings amid an intense national conversation over transgender rights as other states have sought to impose bans on gender-affirming care, bar trans athletes from girls and women’s sports, and require schools to “out” trans and nonbinary students to their parents. Last week, activists who want parental notification policies and who oppose the teaching of certain LGBTQ material in schools demonstrated in Los Angeles.
In California, the proposals are coming from communities that have elected more conservative school board members since the COVID-19 pandemic, putting them increasingly at odds with Gov. Gavin Newsom and fellow Democrats who dominate the state’s political leadership.
Among them is Chino Valley Unified President Sonja Shaw, who said the lawsuit was no surprise as state officials have repeatedly taken steps “to shut parents out of their children’s lives.”
“We will stand our ground and protect our children with all we can because we are not breaking the law,” Shaw said in a text message. “Parents have a constitutional right in the upbringing of their children. Period.” …
The notification policies aren’t the only battle between local schools and California officials over LGBTQ policies. Earlier this year, Newsom threatened to fine the Temecula Valley Unified School District after it rejected an elementary school social studies curriculum that included books mentioning politician and gay rights advocate Harvey Milk. The district later reversed course. …
Earlier this month, Newsom said state lawmakers also were drafting legislation to address policies to notify parents if their child changed their gender identity. But Assemblymember Chris Ward representing San Diego, vice chair of the California Legislative LGBTQ Caucus, said legislation won’t be introduced this year while the complexities of the issue are still being studied. …

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you so very much for the privilege of coming to Your Throne of Grace to receive help in time of need. How wonderful that we are privileged to address our concerns to the One who created the whole world! And thank you LORD GOD that you have mighty angels awaiting your next instruction to intervene in the affairs of man and come to their aid.. What a blessing to realize your Glorious Majesty and your eternal concern for human life. It is because of your concern Father GOD that I approach your Throne today and ask you to inform Gavin Newsom of the error of his ways be it by a prophet or a dream or by whatever means You choose to set him free from the influences of the wicked one, for Your Word says, “He made them, male and female.” Matthew 19:4. Our Father, please help this man to deeply realize that he is opposing the GOD of the Universe and enable him to come to his senses. In Jesus Name, and for Your glory Father God. Amen.
Father, we pray you strengthen the resolve of these schools to stand firm in Your Word with Your values.
We pray other schools will follow Your leading and fight back. We pray the blinders will fall off eyes that only see as we are programmed by DOJ to see and see Your truth and stand for Your truth. In Jesus’ name
If schools aren’t required to notify parents of decisions minor children are making and confiding to school staff, on the day I found that out, the next day would be my child(ren’s) last day in public or private school! FATHER GOD please direct YOUR people to the absolute best way to educate and to protect their children in JESUS NAME!

Dear Heavenly Father, I am weary and burdened by the prideful, by those who call wickedness wisdom. Thanks to Jesus Christ, we who love You are yoked and I am eternally thankful to call myself a servant of the Lord. I pray it is Attorney General Rob Bonta who will be forced out. I pray he and all others who share his thinking will be shut out of Chino’s children’s lives. I pray the same outcome for all the cities and towns who are suffering under the influence of bad leadership. I pray You will equip us who are fighting, in all the ways we are called. God bless America. Jesus interceded for America. Holy Spirit seal America as we pledge our service to You. Amen
Lord please protect the least of theses our precious children. God gave the authority to parents to raise their children and teach them all of Gods ways. He gave us the pastors, teachers, extended family and friends to help
