Father, give repentance to the officials that led California in this path. May many people turn their hearts to you and be saved.
Father we decree and declare your Word that says if we ask anything in Your Name. We are asking that you send angels now to extinguish the Fire that rages over the land and place the Fire of Your Holy Spirit in the hearts and lives of those impacted. May they turn their hearts toward you and seek Your face during this time.
This level of fire COULD be the judgment of God. Beware.
But we still need to pray for mercy.
We need to be mindful here. It might be God’s judgement but He didn’t start it, He allowed it. When the people at the Golden Globe chose to mock God they opened the region to the destruction we are seeing. These winds are called the devils winds for a reason. Our prayer should be that the hearts of the people would turn back towards God and that He will have mercy. Scripture is clear, God didn’t send His Son into the Word to condemn it but to save it (John 3:17), our part is to pray and be a light during this dark time.
Lord please use this tragic situation to draw thousands of souls into your kingdom. Protect the people from these fires…… I plead the blood of Jesus over the innocents especially the children. Save them Lord and cause those leaders you have chosen to be bold in their witness for you… so that you kingdom purposes would become manifest. Touch all those who have been injured by the fires and heal them Lord. In Jesus name I pray.
Lord, we continue to ask You for protection of life. We thank You for each and every time You have divinely intervened in this tragedy, and ask that You continue. We pray that this will be a time of refining in individual lives and in the cities effected and in the state of California. We thank you for exposing poor government leadership, and ask that those responsible in any way for lack of preparedness be removed – may negligence be properly dealt with. Raise up leadership that can be trusted, and that will honor You. May California bow to Your Lordship, so that You might bring beauty from the ashes.
Amen.
Oh MIGHTY GOD THANK YOU FATHER GOD G I asked for your angels to bring clouds of rain to the state of California a precious rain IN JESUS NAME AMEN
And FATHER GOD have mercy we asked FATHER GOD for the winds to stop IN THE NAME OF of JESUS and FATHER GOD Justice for the state of California exposed the injustice IN JESUS NAME AMEN
Pray for rain! Ask God now.
My son and his family had to evacuate during the fires. They own two homes–a rental home in Altadena, affected by the Eaton Canyon fire, and the home they are living in in La Canada. They evacuated to Pasadena for three or four days. As it turned out, both of their homes were spared, but so many of their friends have lost everything. I will certainly join you in praying for rain to extinguish the fires.
Pray for one of those winter time pineapple expresses that roll in off the Pacific? When our family lived in Gilroy, CA, I remember one January in 1994 where it rained non-stop.
Not once… Not one time, did I hear any elected official from California call upon people in their state to pray that God would send rain to extinguish the devastating fires. Also, not once have I heard an elected official truly admit their failures to protect the citizens of their state. I believe until these elected officials repent of their failures, ask the people of California and God to forgive them of these failures, will the devastating fires subside. May God have mercy upon the people of Southern California.
Father God, we weep with those who weep over the loss of homes, possessions, and some even losing loved ones. I pray for those who are broken hearted and ask for Your presence to draw them to You and for Holy Spirit to minister to their every need. Your word tells us You give us beauty for ashes – I ask You, Father, to do just that for all who were affected by the wildfires. Thank you, Father. In Yeshua’s name.
Dear Father,
We pray for all who have lost their homes in hurricanes and in wildfires.
We ask mercy for the people and their pets to be safe and continue to rebuild their homes and lives. Also for them to look up and praise your name as you take care of their needs.
