Last week, former President Bill Clinton failed to show up for a scheduled deposition before the House Oversight Committee, leading to contempt of Congress proceedings. Now, the Clintons have offered to host a private interview with Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, an offer the Chairman calls “ridiculous.”

In a post on X, Comer stated that the “latest demands” by the Clintons “make clear they believe their last name entitles them to special treatment.” Comer also criticized former President Bill Clinton for having “a documented history of parsing language to evade questions.”
“Facing contempt of Congress, the Clintons’ lawyers made an untenable offer: that I travel to New York for a conversation with President Clinton only,” Comer said. “No official transcript would be recorded and other Members of Congress would be barred from participating. I have rejected the Clintons’ ridiculous offer.”
“The Clintons’ latest demands make clear they believe their last name entitles them to special treatment,” Comer added. “The House Oversight Committee’s bipartisan subpoenas require the Clintons to appear for depositions that are under oath and transcribed. Former President Clinton has a documented history of parsing language to evade questions, responded falsely under oath, and was impeached and suspended from the practice of law as a result.”
Chairman Comer went on to say that the absence of an official transcript would be “insulting to the American people who demand answers about Epstein’s crimes.” He also stressed the importance of Hillary Clinton’s testimony, calling it “necessary for the Committee’s investigation” due to her time as Secretary of State, her personal knowledge of Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and her family’s relationship with Epstein.

With this offer, it seems clear that the Clintons have no intention of working with Congress. Contempt proceedings for both Clintons began yesterday in the House.
As fights like these are drawn out, the truth about Jeffrey Epstein only seems farther and farther away. Let’s ask God to guide our leaders as they investigate, and let’s pray for the truth to be revealed!

It’s difficult for many people to comprehend the level of pure evil represented by the Clintons. Epstein was a made-up personae who worked for several coordinated espionage services with the sole intent of blackmailing people with worldly power. Both Clintons were major targets and did what they were told or face exposure. Classic stick in one hand, gold in the other. It’s obvious to any thinking person why Epstein was assassinated. It’s why the DOJ has no choice but to play three card monte with the “Epstein files”. No one wants that rock turned over
because then no one will be able to stop the slimy critters from crawling out.
It’s worse than people think…much worse.
Father, I am so thankful for the truth being revealed. You are a just God and not willing that any perish.
If you’re dealing or have dealt in unjust behavior, confess not while God’s mercy is extended. Jesus came for the sinner.
Lord, I pray to and thank You that we citizens have the blessed ability to pray for the leaders in government, the ones who have the legal right to be in the rightful and legal blessing to be in authority over this country. Please continue to watch over the President and so many others. Please lead President Trump according to Your perfect will for our country.

after yesterday contacting IFA by phone when I questioned my donation of. very small monthly donation of money seemingly being used by someone else; and not receiving the daily prayer material after numerous attempts, all of a sudden as I went to my computer to stop the donation, the daily email appeared.
while this is a relief as I have few sources that are reliable due to my lack of tec savy, I am still left wondering how safe we as believers are in this media blitz.
perhaps low charge classes for those of us who wish to pray earnestly would be a wise aim?
Lord Jesus, I pray that by Your grace, that the Clintons will face legal consequences for their arrogant behavior. They have both been able to skate through too many questionable behaviors for way too long. This is wrong, and it needs to change. May Your will be done.
I believe the reluctance from the Clintons is their answer for being guilty. It seems very blatant that they are not good people and have done things unjustly, deceivingly, maliciously, and very unchristian-like. I pray that Mr. Comer does not meet with them as we may not see him alive afterwards. The Clintons’ circle is getting smaller and smaller. They must feel very trapped at this time.
• During and after Trump’s presidency, there were dozens of disputes between congressional oversight committees and Trump officials about subpoenas, enforcement, and executive privilege — resulting in multiple contempt votes, legal fights, and at least a few criminal convictions. 
Seems like under this administration only democrats have to follow subpoenas. Why don’t they subpoena trump about the Epstein files?
Because that only gives you misguided liberals something to focus on, not the ungodly behavior of the liberals in our various government offices across this nation.

There are many innocent victims who we need to hold up in prayer. We do not know their names but I’m the Lord knows. We should pray for justice and that the guilty will see their to need to ask for forgiveness.
