The Justice Department has approved the use of armed agents to investigate potential voter fraud at ballot counting centers, skirting the long-standing ban on the use of armed federal officers at polling stations.
Justice Department officials told United States attorneys nationwide in a memo that the prohibition only applies to Election Day, not the days after.
The statute “does not prevent armed federal law enforcement persons from responding to, investigate or even prevent federal crimes at closed polling places or other locations where votes are being counted,” Richard P. Donoghue wrote in an email sent around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. . . .
Mr. Donoghue did not say if Justice Department approval was needed for the deployment of agents but suggested that it should be aware if any action is taken.
“Should the need to send federal law enforcement officers to such locations arise, please make immediate notifications to the department,” he wrote.
President Trump has vowed for months to use federal officers to combat what he says is widespread voter fraud. Earlier this year, he threatened to use law enforcement to patrol polling sites on Election Day.
We’re going to have everything,” Mr. Trump said in an interview on Fox News. “We’re going to have sheriffs, and we’re going to have law enforcement, and we’re going to hopefully have U.S. attorneys and we’re going to have everybody, and attorney generals. But it’s very hard.”
The possible use of armed federal agents will likely roil Democrats, concerned that the Justice Department is using heavy-handed tactics to fan the flames in an already tense election. Some states have not finished counting votes amid razor-thin margins between Mr. Trump and Democratic nominee Joseph R. Biden.
Earlier this year, Democrats and civil rights groups blasted Mr. Trump and Attorney General William P. Barr for authorizing federal agents to clear Lafayette Square Park near the White House amid this summer’s racial justice protests.
The president has also deployed federal agents to quell protests in cities across the country, including Seattle and Portland, Oregon.

That’s excellent but I will add this. It (the policy or law) needs to be changed to allow at “after” for recounting purposes and the protection of all lives involved in recounting.

This is a witch hunt!No one has found any evidence of fraud in this election. Trump lost the election because he failed as a leader in multiple ways. End of story. And IFA is disingenuous to attempt to put a spiritual spin in Trump’s failure. There is nothing godly about Trump and Barr’s collusion to find fraud where no exist. In a close election it normal to inspect, investigate or call for a recount. This charade and temper tantrum that Trump and his followers are displaying is downright un-American and non-Christian.
“No one has found any evidence of fraud in this election”… Simply stating this to be a “fact” would seem to indicate spiritual myopia and a profound ability to ignore the plain facts and video being brought to light every day. Look up Hammer (HAMR) & Scorecard for starters. This IS a spiritual battle for the soul of this Nation. We MUST demand that those things done in darkness be brought to light!

And the fact that you used the word “collusion” is complete giveaway to your political leanings which are irrelevant in the search for truth and justice. You must have skipped or dismissed the article on IFA today regarding the “admissions of an election fraudster”.

I think it is about time. No one is above the law including the Democrats who have lost their moral footing and will do anything to get control and destroy our nation. When you get right down to it, the left are nothing but bullies. President Trump has been successful because he will not back down to bullying and neither should we as a nation. Everything we hold dear is on the line and we must not give up or give in.

It’s totally within the jurisdiction of President Trump to have the enforcement of the agents to bring the chaos into order. It will be challenging and that’s why we need to besiege the Lord of Angel armies to act on our behalf!

I wish, in hindsight, we would have had federal officers patrolling polling sites on Election Day. But, like he said, “it’s very hard.” So, now, it seems it’s too late since we needed this last week. Thus why this “news” is confusing to me. What can armed agents do now as most of the counting done in these last states?
There’s a petition out to have an in-person, re-vote. I’ve thought about this, a friend then mentioned it, and then I got a tweet from my pastor with a petition on it. I felt this was God’s guiding me. If we did that, we could ideally have federal supervision in place. I think it’s unlikely and somewhat unrealistic but it sure felt like a sane way to address this debacle!! Lord, clear up my confusion, help me to understand and surrender to Your ways. Help me to discern the truth from the lies and the righteous hopes from false pipe dreams. And to have the courage to stand with the Armor of God on, fighting the spiritual battle where You lead me. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

Constitutionally, revoting is permitted. I thought that was the way to go until I started reading and listening to news reports by Epoch Times. Joshua Phillips seems to think otherwise. I want to know the ramifications of all the options. Could we ensure an honest and fair revote?
Thx Terri for educating me that re-voting is constitutional and about Epoch Times. I’ll take a look at what he wrote. Not sure in these days we can ensure an honest and fair vote or re-vote!! This is where I pray more for God’s intervention and trust as best I can in His will.

More proof that God’s timing is perfect- one of my daily devotionals (prepared for publication before 2020 even began!) had this to say TODAY (ALL EMPHASIS MINE):

This Scripture is a reference to a Roman custom that would occur when a Roman general returned from a victorious battle somewhere in the far-flung expanse of the empire. He would be given the honor of a parade through the capital city, riding an elaborately decorated chariot, with the spoils of war following behind him, including those he had overcome in battle. Enemy officials were chained and subjected to scorn as the procession went through the city, surrounded by throngs of Romans who would cheer the conquering general and jeer at the humiliated captives. The parade was intended to project the aura of invincibility of imperial Rome, and show every adversary the futility of opposing the Roman legions.
Here, the apostle Paul is telling us of THE GENIUS OF GOD’S PLAN TO OVERCOME SIN AND DEATH WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS AND LIFE. Jesus died on the cross, and the devil rejoiced when He was buried in that borrowed tomb. The tomb was sealed and a guard was set in place. It was impossible for anyone to steal the body of Jesus in order to start some rumor that He had been resurrected. THE DEVIL THOUGHT THAT HE HAD SURELY WON THE CHESS MATCH of the ages. In his darkened mind, he was certain that the Savior of the world had been defeated. Death had triumphed. Darkness would reign over the hearts of men forever.
BUT LIKE A CUB REPORTER WHO WAS TRYING TO GET THE SCOOP ON SOME NEWS ITEM, THE DEVIL WROTE HIS STORY TOO SOON. Early in the morning on the first day of the week, before it was dawn, there was a rumbling in the halls of perdition. The Spirit of God invaded the borrowed tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, and raised to life again the three-day-dead body of the Prince of God.
Jesus waded through the ashes of bygone millennia, lifted the gates of hell off their rusty hinges, and threw them to one side. He walked up to the throne of skulls and bones upon which sat the adversary of your soul, and snatched the keys of death, hell, and the grave out of the unyielding hands of the devil. He cast Satan off his throne, raised His hands to the Father, and said, “I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End; the One who was, and is, and is to come, and I have conquered death!”
And so began a procession in the spiritual realm that resulted in captivity being led captive, and EVERY ENEMY AND ADVERSARY BEING EXPOSED AS THE DEFEATED FOES THEY REALLY ARE. The cross, which the devil had devised as a place of Jesus’ defeat, became the very means by which Satan himself was defeated for all time.
Every one of your enemies has been defeated by the Savior, the conquering King, the Lord Jesus Christ. You don’t have to be afraid any longer-Satan no longer has authority over you as a Christian. He is a defeated foe!

Wow. “Decade of Dominion” is the name of the devotional and Dominion is the name of the computer system that was used in 30 states. In MI one county found the glitch that changed votes from Trump to Biden. Today, I looked up “dominion” in the Bible and prayed through several Scriptures that proclaim that God has dominion over all. Our God has dominion over the “Dominion” computer system. Our God is in “Midian” right now speaking to our “Moses” (deliverer). Just as he heard the groanings of the Israelites, he hears our groaning and is implementing his plan to rescue the United States of America from the dark forces trying to destroy it.

In that same Devo, it defines Dominion as the “authority under God to rule and reign in the earth”, “God-given authority to do all that God has commanded you to do” and “authority over everything that opposes itself to God and His order”.
It continues, “Adam’s misuse of that authority didn’t mean God made a mistake by giving it to him…Man’s rightful place of dominion…what was lost through Adam …has been restored through Christ’s completed work on Calvary.” So now, “Anything that tries to stand in [our] way or hinder [us] from accomplishing God’s purpose must yield to [our] authority given to [us] by Jesus, Himself. I encourage you [all] to exercise your authority over the devil and all the forces of darkness so that [we] can boldly and confidently fulfill all that God has created [us] to accomplish!”

It is very sad that our nation has come to this but, yes, armed agents are necessary. May God be putting His agents in to watch over the vote counting! Thank you, Jesus – our King and High Priest who is even now interceding for us in the courts of Heaven.
Was reminded of this story last night from Joshua 10:
5 So these five Amorite kings combined their armies for a united attack. They moved all their troops into place and attacked Gibeon. 6 The men of Gibeon quickly sent messengers to Joshua at his camp in Gilgal. “Don’t abandon your servants now!” they pleaded. “Come at once! Save us! Help us! For all the Amorite kings who live in the hill country have joined forces to attack us.”
7 So Joshua and his entire army, including his best warriors, left Gilgal and set out for Gibeon. 8 “Do not be afraid of them,” the Lord said to Joshua, “for I have given you victory over them. Not a single one of them will be able to stand up to you.” 9 Joshua traveled all night from Gilgal and took the Amorite armies by surprise. 10 The Lord threw them into a panic, and the Israelites slaughtered great numbers of them at Gibeon. Then the Israelites chased the enemy along the road to Beth-horon, killing them all along the way to Azekah and Makkedah. 11 As the Amorites retreated down the road from Beth-horon, the Lord destroyed them with a terrible hailstorm from heaven that continued until they reached Azekah. The hail killed more of the enemy than the Israelites killed with the sword. 12 On the day the Lord gave the Israelites victory over the Amorites, Joshua prayed to the Lord in front of all the people of Israel. He said, “Let the sun stand still over Gibeon, and the moon over the valley of Aijalon.” 13 So the sun stood still and the moon stayed in place until the nation of Israel had defeated its enemies. 15 Then Joshua and the Israelite army returned to their camp at Gilgal. 16 During the battle the five kings escaped and hid in a cave at Makkedah (*place of shepherds; herding). 17 When Joshua heard that they had been found, 18 he issued this command: “Cover the opening of the cave with large rocks, and place guards at the entrance to keep the kings inside. 19 The rest of you continue chasing the enemy and cut them down from the rear. Don’t give them a chance to get back to their towns, for the Lord your God has given you victory over them.” 20 So Joshua and the Israelite army continued the slaughter and completely crushed the enemy. They totally wiped out the five armies except for a tiny remnant that managed to reach their fortified towns. 21 Then the Israelites returned safely to Joshua in the camp at Makkedah. After that, no one dared to speak even a word against Israel. 22 Then Joshua said, “Remove the rocks covering the opening of the cave, and bring the five kings to me.” 23 So they brought the five kings out of the cave-the kings of Jerusalem, Hebron, Jarmuth, Lachish, and Eglon. 24 When they brought them out, Joshua told the commanders of his army, “Come and put your feet on the kings’ necks.” And they did as they were told. 25 “Don’t ever be afraid or discouraged,” Joshua told his men. “Be strong and courageous, for the Lord is going to do this to all of your enemies.” 26 Then Joshua killed each of the five kings and impaled them on five sharpened poles, where they hung until evening. 27 As the sun was going down, Joshua gave instructions for the bodies of the kings to be taken down from the poles and thrown into the cave where they had been hiding. Abba, thank you for answering our prayers and sending your angelic armies to fight this battle and for sending armed agents in the natural. Seal the enemy kings of America into the cave of Makkedah, cover the opening with large rocks and place guards at the openings. We keep chasing the enemy and cutting them down from the rear (we are behind in the polls). Don’t give them a chance, LORD, to go back to their towns to a place of safety for you, the LORD our God had given us victory over them. Hold back the darkness from taking over and keep shining in your glory until this battle is won! Encourage our President and all others battling the enemy in the natural. Give them with your Spirit. You never give up, you never let go, you’re always faithful! We thank you for your victory in Christ Jesus! In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
So much symbolism jumping out at me as I reread Joshua 10. Here’s just one – The 5 kings (5 states being investigated?) were taken out of hiding in the cave. Joshua impaled them on 5 sharpened poles (our polls sharpened) … they were taken down from the poles (enemy’s fraudulent votes removed from our polls) and thrown into caves where they were hiding. Opening of hiding place covered with large rocks (Lord, may our polls never allow the hiding of the enemy again!) Hallelujah! God, your word is so so good!

One more, Amorites translates publicity, prominence, to say, speak, utter, to boast, act proudly. (Reminds me of our media and the proud boasters in politics.)

The Justice Department must do what needs to be done in order to guarantee the accuracy of the 2020 election. Without election integrity, we are no better than a banana republic. We are no longer a “city on a hill.”
THEREFORE, WE MUST CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION.
“LORD hear our heart cry for a fair and accurate vote count, and a US President that protects the lives of the unborn. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.”
The Bible has rules and regulations. We need to abide by the US rules and regulations. If we do not, people and property get hurt and destroyed.
We live in the US that is governed by Democracy. If people choose NOT to obey the rules and regulations of the US, then they force the people who govern, to enforce law and order in the land. The Bible teaches what a person sew, or does, is what a person will reap, or receive. May God open their spiritual eyes, to truth, God’s s truth.
I think it is long overdue. Lawlessness & fraud must be stopped. I think President Trump has shown great restraint in the use of force, but now is not the time to show restraint. This election is not about Republican vs Democrat, it is about preserving the Republic. By the way, our governmental system is a Republic not a Democracy. There is a big difference. Read the Constitution, it never mentions Democracy & in fact seeks to insure we maintain a Republic in both Federal & State government. If sending in the military is what is necessary to protect the Republic, then so be it.

As I was in the Word today, focused verse is 2 Thessalonians 2:9-13 “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Lord, I humbly thank You that the lawlessness and deception is being exposed. Thank You that You woke me up from my lawlessness and deception and led me to the truth, to be born again!! May the souls of others who are deceived wake up and return to You as I did. In discussion with friend and we did research about difference between republic and democracy. Was good to educate myself about it.
Leviticus 19:11 “Do not steal. “Do not deceive or cheat one another.

If these polling places have not deceived, have not cheated, have not lied, have not stolen, then they have nothing to fear from God’s servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong.
The media does not have the authority to name the president or call the winner of an election! We pray that the veracity and authority of laws be upheld in this election. Holy Father, may the courts and the Supreme Court rule under Your authority:

Fox News has shown it is the puppet of George Soros (except maybe for a few people there?) – I have deleted their app and will not watch them anymore. I have joined The Daily Wire – they seem to be truthful…would love to hear what others think, although Intercessors for America is my first go to for news in the morning! 🥰
Hello Laura, Fox News went shady when Newt Gingrich was on the show, and the reaction when he mentioned George Soros. The reporters changed the subject. Right Side Broadcasting did a wonderful job covering the Trump rallies. I have to check out the Daily Wire. IFA is my first go to in the morning for news too. I share it with my conservative co-workers.
