MICHIGAN ELECTION CASE TOSSED OUT–HERE’S HOW YOU CAN PRAY

Lord, motivate the judges in our nation to make righteous and just decisions. Help our nation to be one that promotes truth.

Michigan judge on Tuesday threw out a case challenging the 2020 election in Antrim County. Kris Kubal, IFA Program Director, had interviewed, and prayed with DePerno, a few weeks ago about the case. Scroll down to watch. We reached out to him for prayer points as he pursues appeal. We have included these prayer points at the end of the article.

13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, a Republican nominee, ruled that plaintiff William Bailey, a resident of Antrim County, had received the relief he sought after he filed the lawsuit last year following the election.

Bailey was seeking an independent audit of Antrim County’s election but Elsenheimer decided that the February risk-limiting audit conducted by county clerks, who reviewed a random sample of some 18,000 ballots, was sufficient under state law. . . .

Elsenheimer ruled in favor of a joint motion for summary disposition filed by Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, and Antrim County.

The judge had earlier granted the other relief Bailey sought: a forensic audit of a tabulator in the county and a protective order preserving records.

The audit issue involves Michigan Proposal 3, approved by voters in 2018, which altered the state Constitution to allow Michigan voters “the right to have the results of statewide elections audited in such a manner as prescribed by law to ensure the accuracy and integrity of elections.” . . .

Bailey’s lawyer, Matthew DePerno, told The Epoch Times that he plans on appealing the decision and filing a motion for reconsideration. He intends to file other lawsuits as well.

DePerno considers Elsenheimer “wrong on his interpretation of the Michigan Constitution and wrong on the idea that the secretary of state has her ability to invent her own procedures to ‘audit’ an election even if she’s part of the fraud.” . . .

DePerno has accused Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy and Benson of lying to the public about what happened in the county on Election Night and in the following weeks. . . .

Benson and Antrim County officials have disputed the claims, arguing that human mistakes led to the county twice reporting skewed results.

The county initially reported that Democrat Joe Biden received over 3,000 more votes in the county than then-President Donald Trump. . . .

The county twice released an amended vote count—first on the day after the election, showing Trump received more votes, and again on Nov. 21, 2020, indicating a different number of votes for Biden, Trump, and overall. The total number of votes dropped by 2,013.

More recently, DePerno and Benson filed competing analyses of the election, with the plaintiff asserting his team found it possible to flip votes, and the intervening defendant alleging the election mistakes were the result of human error and not from “a security breach” or done deliberately.

Elsenheimer, the judge, stressed in the courtroom that his ruling was not about testing facts, but about testing the legal sufficiency of the claims brought by Bailey.  . . .

Benson said in a statement: “Today’s dismissal of the last of the lawsuits attempting to undermine democracy in furtherance of the #BigLie affirms that despite incredible scrutiny & an unprecedented effort to deceive, the 2020 election was fair, secure & the results accurately reflect the will of the people.” . . .

Prayer Points from Attorney Matt DePerno:

  1. Pray for success in appeal.
  2. Pray for exposure of collusion and/or threats.
  3. Pray for protection upon Matt DePerno, Bill Bailey, and their families.

What do you think of this judge’s ruling on this case? Discuss in the comments below!

  1. I am so disappointed in our political leaders. Lying has become okay and accepted. Right is wrong and wrong is right. We are upsidedown in our political system. I live in Michigan and when I saw locally that I was given a felt pen to fill out my ballot, and I couldn’t get it to write. I immediately spoke out loud and requested an ink pen. I have NEVER voted with a felt pen. And then I heard of cardboard put on windows so one party was obstructed from seeing what was going on. Restricted from going in to work their time. Those who were into verifying what was going on inside where the voting was taken place, were physically blocked from view. Bullying was taking place to keep one party away. HOW can they even state NOTHING was hidden!!! I continue to pray Lord Jesus lay bare every lie, every person who is involved in this atrocity be brought to justice and Our Country once again be A NATION THAT FIRST SEEKS GOD and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS Amen and Amen.

    1
  2. Thank you Mr. DePerno for not giving up. I firmly believe that if there was nothing to hide from the election results you would be welcomed by all parties to proceed. There is too much protestation for there to not be something fishy going on.

May our Heavenly Father uphold you during this battle and give you the strength and peace you need to carry on the fight.

  3. I am sad to say that I live in Michigan. Our state is being run by the “unholy trinity” of Govenor Gretchen Whitmer, Secretary of State Joslyn Benson, and the radical Attorney General Dana Nessel. I have seen remarks made by the trio which claim they are not witches with a “Ha ha” next to the remark. I can “feel” this darkness in our state & I do alot of prayer walking to ask God to break this hold or whatever it is going on here! It is so clear that they do not care for the citizens in Michigan! But I know that God does. Please pray of my state everyone to “break” the bonds of their power over Michigan. The republican legislatures here don’t seem to have much gumption to do anything. I could be wrong about that; but thats how it looks in the natural.

  4. What does this mean exactly? Shouldn’t the judge rule on facts of the Dominion insufficiency vote flips. Here is the IFA article excerpt: “Elsenheimer, the judge, stressed in the courtroom that his ruling was not about testing facts, but about testing the legal sufficiency of the claims brought by Bailey. . . .” Yes pray for the protection of Attorney Matt DePerno and the other truthers!
Pray for exposure of collusion and/or threats.
Pray for protection upon Matt DePerno, Bill Bailey, and their families.

    5
  5. It just goes to show you how DEEP ALL OF THIS illegal VOTE TAMPERING goes !!! And – – it has been going on for decades !!!
President Kennedy WON the same way by the Mayor of Chicago using votes from dead people in the cemetaries !!!!

    4
  6. It’s so amazing that the Democrats proclaim the election was fair, yet they are afraid to allow the votes to be recounted. They are even afraid to allow evidence to come before their judges. It’s sad that these actions are even allowed in America. Obviously, the Democrats plan was at stake, because of the popularity of President Trump, so they pulled out all the stops to prevent a Trump win. Of course the election was stolen!
Anybody with a brain knows that! So Lord, I ask that You intervene in this particular situation. You know the hearts and minds of men. Thy Will be done is what we ask Lord. Daily we see our beautiful country being torn down by greedy people. There seems to be no end to their greed.
Father, you have dealt with the likes of these since the creation of humankind. I know it breakers Your heart too. Please Father, intervene. Save our Constitution. Save our Supreme Court! Save the principle of Freedom! Save our babies! Save Your Creation from those who hate You and hate it. Amen.

    19
  7. Lord Thy will be done. Expose the darkness of inaccurate voting accounts, any cheating or deception used to sway this Election and open the heart of this Judge as an appeal goes forth. You are a JUST God and we cry out for a Divine intervention and Justice to be
done in this situation. Psalm 21 says our Help is in the Name of the Lord! Exodus 1:37 ESV For nothing will be impossible with God! Thank you Lord for Your Steadfast Love, Your Mercy and Your Faithfulness. May You be Glorified in all things! In Jesus name. Amen

    23
  8. Heavenly Father we humbly come before you and ask you to forgive us for not praying according to your will. Your word tells us to keep our eyes on you, do not look at the problem but speak truth without fear. Your word says that we do not war against flesh and blood but against the one enemy, Satan, who comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Forgive us for asking you to punish those who have participated in the election fraud. Help us to pray against the evil that is influencing those who do not know your truth. We come against the Spirit of deceit and darkness in our country and the influences of those dark spirits. We ask that you remove those influences and bring forth your truth and your light and your power over those entities who wish to divide, and deceive us. Give us discernment, and fill us with your spirit of love, power, and sound mind. In your mighty name we pray. Amen.

    20
  9. O God, give us judges that aren’t afraid of the faces of the people. Let another judge take this case that knows that facts and the truth are the basis of true judgment. Bless Matt DePerno and Bill Bailey with renewed strength. Make them like a brazen wall to those who oppose them;and awaken the people of Michigan to stand with these men in exposing a lie. We say,as Daniel said,”Blessed be the name of God forever and ever;for wisdom and might are His. He revealeth the deep and secret things…”(Daniel 2:20,22)

    27
  10. Father God,
“For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and say to you, Do not fear, I will help you.” -Isaiah 41:13
Thank you Father for the courageous warrior heart you’ve established in Matt DePerno. Let the Holy Spirit guide him step by step, protecting him from unnecessary trails and equipping him to get through whatever must be endured. Keep his mind focused on Your perfect peace through all this election fraud debacle. Put Matt on Your perfect and flawless path. Help him get to the bottom of Michigan’s elected officials fear and feckless hearts. Lay bare the shame and cowardice of those Republican officials, raise someone up to take a stand alongside Matt. We don’t know what is on the road ahead, but we know You will thoroughly equip us for the journey. I pray Father for additional sojourner’s to strengthen and help bear the load on Matt’s shoulders. God bless him.
    Amen

  11. Thank You, Lord, that the exposure has happened. Now we appeal to the High Court of Heaven for this truth to be properly dealt with in the courts on earth. We appeal to the Court of heaven that the truth not be suppressed in unrighteousness. We appeal that across that whole state, that the crookedness of the election process
be dealt with effectively and for future elections to be done in a fair manner, reflecting the true votes of the people. Thank You that You love and uphold righteousness!!

    35
  12. I pray Luke 8:17 over the Michigan election results – “For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open, and everything that is concealed will be brought to light and made known to all.” I pray that our courts will be turned into true halls of justice and that justice will flood the land (Amos 5), bringing success in the appeal. I also pray for supernatural protection and courage for Matt DePerno, Bill Bailey, and their families.

    37
  13. So the prescribed audit took place. But SINCE THE RESULTS of the audit were different than vote total results sent to the state after the election, doesn’t that mean SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE??

Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus, Thank you for continuing to keep our eyes fixed on TRUTH so that citizens become engaged and continue to pursue an accurate outcome for all Americans. In Jesus’ Name – Amen

    39
  14. Lord, Please raise up courageous Senators and Legislators in MI to fight to expose fraud and reveal the truth about the election. Give Attorney DePerno success in all future appeals and raise up others to help him in the fight. May the truth about the election be finally known and Legislators in every state encouraged to fight to expose fraud and make good laws to protect future election integrity. Stop the lies to the people and may all corruption be exposed. Amen.

    50
  15. Thankful for this attorney standing up for truth. I believe Mike Lindell and his Absolute Cover Up will come out shortly and share light on this issue. More info on this case is in Absolute Interference. See https:home.frankspeach.com
Thank you Lord Jesus for binding the works of Satan and his agents to hide the truth and thank you also for the work of the Holy Spirit and those whom you are using to reveal the truth both in Michigan and across the US. May the end result be a major turning back to You in a Spirit directed and enabled revival. Thank you in the strong name of Jesus Christ our Risen Savior. Amen

  16. I have been praying these scriptures concerning judges.

    2 Chronicles 19:6-7, 9-10, 11b NASB It is written::

vs 6) He said to the judges, “Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the LORD who is with you when you render judgment.

    7) “Now then let the fear of the LORD be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the LORD our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe.”

    9) Then he charged them saying, “Thus you shall do in the fear of the LORD, faithfully and wholeheartedly.

    10) “Whenever any dispute comes to you from your brethren who live in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and ordinances, you shall warn them so that they may not be guilty before the LORD, and wrath may not come on you and your brethren. Thus you shall do and you will not be guilty.

11b)……….Act resolutely, and the LORD be with the upright.”

  17. Not surprising to me. It appears that these judges are trying to subvert the truth about the November 2020 “election”. This seems to be an area where satan has made inroads into influencing these judges. Evidently, they are afraid to have the truth revealed. Lord Jesus, only You can change hearts and minds where these judges are concerned. I pray for unprecedented success for Matt DePerno, as he appeals this case. Please, Lord, let the truth about this rigged election be exposed, and dealt with accordingly.Amen.

    65
  18. Father God we appeal to You, we have no where else to go. You see everything done in secret, Lord You know everything. Please would You expose the fraud, the lies, collusion and threats? Father we praise You for Mr. DePerno, please open the doors leading to truth and justice that no man can shut. Please Lord encourage him and surround him and his team with Your angels. Please raise up more to stand courageously like him for the Truth. Praise You Father, what the enemy has meant for evil please turn around for Your good. In Your powerful Name Jesus

    74
  19. Lord, bring your truth and justice. Your word says that whatever is done in secret, will be shouted from the housetops. Expose the corruption, open the eyes of all to embrace righteousness.

    112
  20. The court system seems to be against the constitution and the law. An audit was requested and completed only a partial number of ballots done by someone who was not certified. In my opinion if you go before a judge that was elected by a democract than we automatically know what their decision is since in my opinion they are biased towards what the democractic party wants and sees as the law.
