I Prayed have prayed
Father, we pray for the protection of all believers and ICE officers in America. We ask that those who stormed this church and threatened its congregants would be held accountable.
Reading Time: 3 minutes

Over the weekend, a group of anti-ICE protestors stormed Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, interrupting the Sunday morning service. The act caught the attention of the Trump administration, with White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson accusing Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey of “whipp[ing] these rioters into a frenzy and turn[ing] them loose to wreak havoc.”

From Fox News:

Jackson was reacting to a mob comprised of dozens of agitators allegedly storming into the Cities Church sanctuary in St. Paul on Sunday midway through church services, throwing worship into chaos, Fox Digital previously reported. Protesters claimed the pastor was a local ICE official.

Department of Justice officials vowed Sunday to open an investigation into the disruption, specifically probing for federal civil rights violations “by these people desecrating a house of worship and interfering with Christian worshipers,” Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon said.

Attorney General Pam Bondi added in a statement Sunday that “attacks against law enforcement and the intimidation of Christians are being met with the full force of federal law.”

You can see a video of Sunday morning’s protest below:

This comes after weeks of heightened tensions in Minnesota. Aiming to address the fraud being perpetrated in large by the state’s Somali community, President Trump sent ICE officers into the state. One activist, Renee Good, was killed during a confrontation in which she attempted to drive into an ICE officer. Ever since then, frequent anti-ICE protests have been held around the country, with many taking place in Minnesota.

The DOJ is already working to charge people over this. In an interview with conservative influencer Benny Johnson, Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ, called it a “very serious matter,” stressing that “nobody should think in the United States that they’re going to be able to get away with this.” She even announced that the DOJ is bringing charges against Don Lemon, former CNN host, under the FACE Act and the KKK Act. You can here more from Dhillon and more about these charges in the interview below.

It is sad to see that these protests are now reaching even the churches of America, but it is, unfortunately, not surprising. Let’s pray for the protection of believers, for the protection of ICE officers, and for all those who threatened these congregants to face justice!

Almighty God, we lift up what happened at Cities Church in St. Paul . We pray for the continued protection of this body of believers and even the church building itself. I pray a groundswell of support is realized by this pastor and his congregation. Send warring angels, ministering, and harvesting angels to help harvest souls in the region. Give this Pastor the wisdom, strategy from heaven, and strength to navigate this minefield of the enemy and what was meant for evil, cause the congregation to thrive and be a voice of truth. Thank You for their calm demeanor in the midst of the angry rhetoric. Psalm 91:3 says “surely, He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence. Noisome in Strong’s #1942 has a primitive root and means destruction, desire, perverse, eagerly coveting and rushing, evil wickedness of evildoers. I pray this noisome pestilence of chaos and lawlessness from the paid organizations would be devoured by the Shalom of the Living God. May a great outpouring of Your presence, a mighty move of God be a reality in that body of believers. I pray this incident doesn’t come as a divisive force as it brings up divergent opinions and discourse about ICE and immigration in the congregation itself. I pray any seed of discord and darkness will not prosper but will be crushed under their feet shod with the Good News of Peace. I thank You, the Most High God, the message of the Kingdom of Heaven is prevailing in America, and every knee of demonic darkness must bow to the authority of King Jesus. I pray the reverential fear of God one of the 7 Spirits of God, is returning to Sunday services all over America. Thank you Heavenly Father for the sacrifice of your dear Son, Jesus our Lord and Savior.

This is a terrible way for you to talk about ICE. They are a Governmental group who are merely doing their job to remove illegal aliens from our nation. Just remember ONE thing- President Trump was elected, not goofy lib/radical Kamala underqualified Harris. You and your liberal cohorts need to put partisan politics aside, and support our government , who is merely trying to undo the lawless policies of Joe Biden, who doesn’t have a clue in the first place. He was nothing more than a front man for The New World Order, who wants to destroy America. You need to wake up to reality!!!

I hope after this incident the church forms a security team so as to NOT allow disruptive people to wreak havoc during a church service. The protestors just walked in unbeknownsst to the congregation. It’s their first amendment right to gather in God’s house. They should have been pepper sprayed if they were unwillling to turn around and leave the premises by a security team at church. I know prayer is the most powerful weapon. I also believe we have tools to protect if a mob of unruly people are NOT welcome.

Renee Good didn’t attempt to hit the ICE agent she actually DID hit the ICE agent with her car. The ICE agent had every right to shoot at her which he did and it was ONE time. The protesters behavior in the church service wass completely disrespectful and inappropriate. No kindness or love coming from them but lots of accusatory statement and hatred. So sad. What man/woman sows that he/she will also reap. God gives man/woman free will but He also sees ALL and He will correct and discipline as HE sees fit. I pray the protesters will be convicted for their rude and disruptive behavior in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Lord, I pray that those fellow believers who had their service disrupted will respond with wisdom, grace, and forgiveness, but also firmness regarding their First Amendment right to worship God as they see fit. May the activist who did this get the message of love from these believers, holding them accountable yet demonstrating the love and grace of Jesus. Also, may true justice be served in this event that the rule of law be upheld.

Father God, I ask that you intercede and stop all this craziness. Open the eyes of the blind and those leading the blind by having a one on one encounter with them via dreams, laborers, etc. I pray that they will hunger for truth that only comes from you and/or your laborers. Father, I continue to lift up the US to you. This country allows freedom to worship. I pray that no foe will take this away from us, and possible future behavior like this situation will be thwarted immediately by your angel armies. Thank you Father for hearing and answering my prayer. I ask this in the Mighty Name of Jesus, AMEN.

“35) Then Jesus asked them, “When I sent you out without purse or bag or sandals, did you lack anything?”

“Nothing,” they answered.

36) “Now, however,” He told them, “the one with a purse should take it, and likewise a bag; and the one without a sword should sell his cloak and buy one. 37) For I tell you that this Scripture must be fulfilled in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’c For what is written about Me is reaching its fulfillment.”

38) So they said, “Look, Lord, here are two swords.”

“That is enough,” He answered.” (Luke 22:35-38)

Our flocks now need guard dogs.

Pray for Revival. Pray for Justice.

Father, I pray for the protection of your people, and for ICE. Thank you that the government is taking action. May we as your people, not run from them, but bow in prayer and lift our voices in prayer for them and to speak God’s victory over them and over Satan’s tactics. May we not bow in fear but be bold to proclaim the gospel to them even though it might only be in prayer since they would outshout anyone who spoke. I pray these attacks would end and the demonic activity would cease. I speak righteousness and peace over Minneapolis.

Father God, may your Church return good for evil. May your Spirit remind us that we “do not fight against flesh and blood” other people, but “against the principalities and powers of this world”. Satan comes to divide and destroy, families, friends, and our nation. May we fight on our knees and speak words of Truth to unbelievers who are desperate for truth. May the Word be the foundation of our response to false attacks that will set us free from retaliation. May a revival of compassion AND truth release the Church to speak up, stand against evil, AND forgive the offenders, who “know not what they are doing”… in the Words of Jesus. Amen!

Lord, we pray you’d grant wisdom to law enforcement officials and you’d stop these riots. Bring to light that there is no right to riot in our constitution but rather a right to peacefully gather and petition one’s government. When they are nor doing that, I pray they’d be brought to justice.

Oh, the time we use in stressing what is temporal. All of this is spiritual and used .as a distraction of the truth of what is really important. America is quickly imploding. We need to seek the Lord and ask for His forgiveness. God is sounding the alarm and we are not listening. All that is happening is just a small taste of what is to come. Frankly, I don’t know how much more God needs to do to get our attention. Let’s face it: man cannot bring real peace without having The Prince of Peace as our guide. Man is exalting himself and does not seek the Lord. The earth and everything and everyone in it belong to God. That’s not me speaking of my own. This comes from the mouth of God Himself. We have two new idols -man and mammon. Father God, have mercy upon US, please!

Father, You are mighty. Our weapons are not physical but spiritual. Our prayers pull down strongholds. Lord, I lift up one of the leaders of a protest group who has been leading these protests since the George Floyd incident. Her name is Keema Armstrong, according to a news reporter. Her heart, Lord is stony cold and filled with hate. I don’t know why but You do. Lord, give her a Damascus Road experience, along with those who joined her in this protest. May they experience the love of God, the power of God, and may their souls and lives be forever changed. May they become spreaders of the gospel, not spreaders of hate and violence. Father, protect Your people in supernatural ways that is obvious to onlookers. Let God arise and His enemies be scattered. Bring about glorious change. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Lord Jesus, please give abundant wisdom and guidance to our President and all members of the Trump Administration. These protestors have gotten out of hand, and need to be reigned in. Personally, my opinion is, that our president needs to invoke the Insurrection Act and to send troops into Minneapolis to show these out-of-control protestors that their behavior is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It appears to be a distraction from Gov. Walz to take the focus off of the investigation that he is currently experiencing. This is merely what is happening . I pray, Lord Jesus, for Your will to be done in this mess. Thank You Jesus.

While we here on the Island of Guam (United States territory in the Western Pacific) are sadden to learn of the continuing unrest in the State of Minnesota, most especially in the above article in the storming of a church in which Christians were simply engaged in their fundamental rights of freedom of religion. May God help us, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

I pray for the love of Jesus Christ to penetrate the hearts of those grown cold by sin. Expose their sin. You bring everything to light. We cannot hide it. You paid a high price that we might know your love. Bring revival to this country.
