For years now, the left has been pushing for green energy in America. However, some of the green companies funded by the left’s renewable energy push reportedly have troubling connections to China.

A pair of major North American solar companies, including one touted by Senate Democrats in 2023, could face scrutiny over their ties to China.
While the feds have created barriers to Chinese firms flooding the solar market, many have found ways to localize operations in the U.S. or North America in a manner that allows for public investment and even deferential press coverage at times.
After then-President Joe Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act, Senate Democrats praised the law for its substantive investments in “green” energy, including solar. One company that received top billing was an Ontario-based firm that was founded by a Chinese entrepreneur and keeps much of its assets in China.
According to Fox, this company, Canadian Solar, was founded by Qu Xiaohua. Although it is based in Ontario, the company’s main operating arm is listed on Shanghai’s SciTech board. Additionally, a 2025 company filing with the SEC revealed that, due to Canadian Solar’s business in China, the CCP “may intervene or influence” the company’s operations.
Representative John Moolenaar, chairman of the House Select Committee on the CCP, recently sounded the alarm on green energy companies connected to China. He highlighted another Chinese firm called Gotion which, just like Canadian Solar, received taxpayer money as a result of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Fox also highlights another company known as Trina Solar, a subsidiary of a Chinese solar company of the same name. Trina Solar reportedly sold its Texas-based manufacturing assets to T1 energy, another company based in the U.S. but tied to China. The Chinese Trina Solar owns 16-25% of T1, allowing it a minimum of two board members.
Relying on companies tied to China and handing them taxpayer money is a threat to our national security. Now that the information is out there, let’s pray that our leaders take action and sever all ties to any company working with the CCP!

Of course, we should care about our environment. We started making laws to protect our rivers and air over a hundred years ago so it is a direction we have been following for some time.
I wish to propose a counter industry which promotes passive heating, cooling and light. It would counter China’s drive to push solar and wind.
Passive heating, cooling and light is based on the design of buildings. Modern materials provide good insulation. Computers enable us to model air flow through buildings making it possible to use the cooling and heating properties from the ground. Insulated windows can be installed in locations which allow more light during the day. The way a building is designed and sits on the land in relationship to the sun and trees helps heat and cool and light it.
A building designed for the desert is going to be different from one designed for a colder climate. A building designed for Africa would be different than one designed or North America.
Anything that the demoncrats push needs to be carefully vetted. They are satan’s party and nothing good comes from them. May God take care of them and all the evils they are pushing in His own way and time. I trust in God. 🙏😇🙏❤️

Canadian Solar is slated to destroy 1000 acres of Upstate NY with a solar farm.
We live in Duncan, Ok and our Son-in-law pastors the Assembly of God church in Velma, Ok, about 18 miles from us. We go to church there so on the new highway 7, our route to there, we’ve seen acres and acres of land that has been sold to a Solar company. It has been very concerning watching such a distance of that being created. In reading the IFA email this morning on so many if them being connected to China makes us wonder about it.
You should be aware that most or all of the solar cells and other hardware are made in Communist China, and Pres. Trump hasn’t slapped prohibitive tariffs on the junk….

We are under attack from many enemies and it seems they count on our distraction with things of this world. You do realize that China is one of the world’s largest contributors to pollution as they are building coal burning plants on a weekly basis? In addition to that,there is hard evidence that the monies made by these “green” energy companies fund CCPs military. Who exactly is this mother of the earth you speak of? May the Lord open your eyes to truth regarding the CCP and so called green energy.May you grasp the wisdom that the sun doesn’t always shine and the wind doesn’t always blow,hence the need for other sources of energy that are more reliable and less costly and clean as well. “Green” energy is a massive SCAM and all of the wind turbines generate MORE pollution amd disposal issues. This CCP + democrat grift doesn’t meet the needs of Americans or anyone globally for inexpensive, accessible and AFFORDABLE energy.
