From Fox News:
Federal authorities have arrested more than 1,000 in Minnesota, including alleged murderers, rapists, pedophiles and gang members, after sending a surge of agents to the state in its “massive” response to the rampant fraud still being uncovered.
Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital that since the agency “surged law enforcement” to Minnesota last week, it “has already made more than 1,000 arrests of murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members.”
…
DHS surged roughly 2,000 federal agents and officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s deportation branch and Homeland Security Investigations, according to CBS News. The outlet reported the operation will be a 30-day surge in the Twin Cities area. It also said that U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commander Gregory Bovino will help oversee the operation.
DHS highlighted some of the criminals who were arrested. In one instance, a criminal illegal alien from Laos named Vannaleut Keomany, was previously convicted of two counts of rape in Ohio. Keomany has had a final order of removal since 2009. Another arrested Laotian, Tou Vang, has had a final order of removal since 2006 and was previous convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13.
These federal agents were initially sent to Minnesota to assist in a “massive month-long crackdown,” according to the Daily Wire. And while they are busy arresting criminals, the Daily Wire reports that agents are also expect to conduct fraud investigations following the exposure of Somali-run multibillion-dollar fraud schemes in the state.
As more information about the fraud in Minnesota comes out, we have consistently prayed for truth and justice. And now it seems like justice may have finally arrived. Let’s thank God for this, and let’s pray for protection and wisdom for these federal agents!
