I Prayed have prayed
Lord, thank You for your protection! May we never take it for granted.

But as for me, I will sing each morning about your power and mercy. For you have been my high tower of refuge, a place of safety in the day of my distress.  O my Strength, to you I sing my praises; for you are my high tower of safety, my God of mercy. (Ps 59:16-17)

A Kansas City woman, Constance Effie,  was sitting in her living room with her husband when she heard a loud noise like a bomb. It was a bullet that was stopped by a framed print of the Lord’s Prayer that she had hanging on her wall, just two feet above where she was sitting.

She hears gunshots regularly in her neighborhood. Mrs. Effie believes it was an act of God.

Lord, You are a shield to us. You protect us daily from harm and danger. We thank You that we live in the shadow of the Almighty whose power no foe can withstand. Psalm 91

Thank you O merciful and gracias Lord for saving that woman from an
apparent drive by shooting. Thank you for showing your divine power and ability to intervene in human affairs. We all need reminders of your sovereignty and your provision; for both are greatly to be praised.
