According to their website, this not-for-profit organization was created in 1900 to expand access to higher education and help students prepare for higher education. College Board may also have a different mission–one not so simplistic and altruistic–profit and propaganda. Read what was uncovered–another tentacle of the Chinese communist party in our nation. The organization[College Board], which has existed for over 120 years, has partnered with Chinese Communist Party (CCP) groups, including the notorious propaganda front known as Hanban, or Confucius Institutes, on conferences, delegations to China, and curricula decisions.
The National Pulse can today reveal that College Board, which receives hundreds of millions of dollars from the U.S. Department of Education, offers a “Chinese Guest Teacher Program” for K-12 institutions in partnership with the Confucius Institutes, the CCP-funded, controversial operation that purports to be a language and culture initiative. Every year, the program “serves hundreds of K–12 schools and districts nationwide and reaches tens of thousands of U.S. students.”
In reality, Confucius Institutes launder propaganda for the Chinese government, and in the words of the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, are replete with “undisclosed ties to Chinese institutions, and conflicted loyalties.”
Confucius Institutes have also been linked with intellectual property theft, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
Despite this, College Board President David Coleman has extolled the virtues of Hanban, the colloquial Chinese abbreviation for the Confucius Institutes, with his comments amplified by Chinese state media:
The Guest Teacher Program also notes that Confucius Institute teachers “assist in curriculum development,” bridging the gap between Chinese propaganda and American schools.
Confucius Institute teachers are encouraged to use textbooks written by a part of the Chinese Communist Party called the “Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council (OCAO).”
OCAO is part of a committee identified by the U.S. government’s China Economic and Security Review Commission as seeking to “mobilize” American to “advocate for the interests of the CCP and marginalize its opponents.”
Hanban, an official arm of the CCP, is bankrolling the program; the site, however, fails to mention its Chinese government links. They simply suggest:
In addition to the Guest Teacher Program, College Board also collaborates with Hanban on an annual Chinese Bridge Delegation to China a “weeklong program in China to help educators start or strengthen their institution’s Chinese programs and partnerships.”
College Board’s website notes, in a similar fashion to the aforementioned Teacher Program, that “this program is made possible by Hanban, committed to the development of multiculturalism and providing Chinese language and cultural teaching resources worldwide.”
A third level of partnership between the College Board and the Chinese Communist Party has existed since 2007, in the form of an annual National Chinese Language Conference (NCLC), again in collaboration with Hanban.
In addition to featuring panels such as “Race, Sex, and Gender in the Chinese Language Classroom” and other progressive subjects, the conferences routinely feature CCP members and high-ranking professors and CCP-funded institutions such as Peking University. A panel at the 2020 NCLC, “How to Talk to Young Students About Racism, Protests, and Their Role in Shaping the Future,” for example, “invited Chinese language teachers to engage in a candid conversation addressing race and social injustice within the United States.”
The conference, which has enjoyed participation from former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, aims to amplify the reach of Confucius Institutes by “enhancing the capacity for teaching and learning of Chinese language culture by sharing cutting–edge practices and examples with educators and policymakers.”
The multi-layered relationship between College Board – which also manages assessments such as Advanced Placement (AP) exams which play a determinative role in college admissions – is egregious in light of China’s routine hacking and cheating of American academic testing.
Countless tutoring centers in China have exploited the College Board’s practice of reusing test materials, circulating answer keys to students before the corresponding exams are administered.
Despite documents revealing College Board officials were aware China had “compromised” at least four exams in one year, as Reuters notes, the College Board “took no steps to restrict testing in China, the SAT’s largest international market by far, even as it tightened security in smaller countries where exams had leaked.”
With these partnerships, College Board is going a step beyond the usual U.S. academic approach of turning a blind eye to the aggression by the Chinese Communist regime against American interests.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for IFA that allows us to pray together in unity. We thank you that we can bring before your throne of grace our concerns. I ask Lord, that we would be as “The sons of Issachar, had understanding of their times, to know what God’s people should do” 1Chron 12:32.
Fill us with your wisdom, knowledge and insight. I pray that you would grant us “A spirit of wisdom and revelation knowledge that we would know you better, enlighten the eyes of our hearts, that we would know the hope to which you have called us, The glorious inheritance we have in your saints and your incomparable great power that is available to those who believe!
I pray that as we offer ourselves up as living sacrifices holy and pleasing unto you, for this is our spiritual act of worship, we would not conform to the pattern of this world , but be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Then we will able to test and approve what God’s will is, His good, pleasing and perfect will.
Therefore Father, we ask that you expose all corruption and evil purpose, and let your truth, purpose and plan succeed.

This article is very disturbing. Communist China is trying desperately to take over our nation without firing a shot. If they can win our young people, they will. We must realize their intentions and stop “catering” to the enemy. They are the enemy. “My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge,” the Bible says. People are so uninformed about China’s intentions. Oh, God, wake people up to the Truth that is found in You and Your Word, I pray. Help people to study history and read books about how Communism and Socialism destroys incentive and freedoms. Raise up an army of believers who can stem the rise of these dangerous enemies, I pray, in Jesus’ Name. Amen

Well it introduces Chinese teachers to democracy. You have no need to control the educated at this point. The masses are already controlled by the powers that be. Many ways to destroy a democracy is to create distrust in elections, divide its citizens. Making truth and media enemy of the people. It is difficult to discern for example, the swarm of tweets to understand its destructive power as a whole. Not trusting our own intelligence, inhumane policies against children keeping them in dog kennels. Still praising Putin when they paid bounties to kill our troops. Truly all of the foreign policy decisions like abandoning the Kurt’s, undermining threatening Ukraine by not providing aide has not benefitted America but has benefitted Russia and Putin. One of the things Trump asked was: How long would it take Russia to invade Ukraine.. That is not watching out for our allie or America,, pulling troops out of Germany.. Dismantling our norms and standing in the world.. We need to take a deep breathe here, wake up and pay attention. We will be an autocracy before we ever fall under China communism. That sounds obsurd to think of but it is. I am not saying does not have an agenda they do. China does not have to do much these days to became stronger. Our leaders are making that happen.
The Chinese government is very smart. As many revolutions in the past, if you control the intellects you increase the potential of controlling the people.
The only saving grace is that many US colleges & universities are not longer requiring College Board scores to admit students.
Father God, the founder of the USA has a covenant with You to create this country. Ever since USA has been a beacon in the world to share Your commandment to first LOVE GOD and second LOVE OTHERS. Heavenly Father, please forgive us the church, your people, who have lived comfortable and have forgotten to walk and talk Your commandment, first LOVE YOU then second LOVE OTHERS. Please have mercy on us and help us to take back USA and then from this day onward, we, the church, will fight to unite the USA back on our knees. Let us pray without ceasing, thanking and pleading to keep our country the way it was founded and to teach the next generations about first LOVING YOU therefore we can LOVE OTHERS.
Father God, thank You for exposing all the sins who were made in secret by all the people in the government or any where else like the Media or the Good Club or the Open Society Foundation, the Planned Parenthood, the BLM, the Antifa, the GGE, the Hollywood etc.
Please MAKE them realize that YOU ARE THE CREATOR of THE EARTH that they are living and they are depending on the air and water that YOU provide freely for them.
Shame on the church who compromise and live a double life within these organizations, MAKE them realize their sins and REPENT and walk away from the life of sin and START living to draw near to You so that they will not make the same mistake in the future. They will dare to stand up and be the lights in the Dark world.
For those who have not made the decision to receive Your free salvation, Father, prepare them Father, so that they can realize their sins and REPENT and ask for Your forgiveness and accept Your salvation and enjoy life with You in it to direct their path.
Father, please have mercy on the Church, help us to win back every foundations that made USA a success. First and foremost, RELATION with YOU, FAMILY, GOVERNMENT. All these foundations must align with YOUR COMMANDMENT that is first to LOVE YOU, second to LOVE OTHERS.

We need this in our country we cannot go on promoting division. Again another redirect.

Seriously think Chinese communism can compete with video games, every want or need at your fingertips just about. In this country we have multiple TV microwave stove large refrigerators freezers jot and cold water internet. This country is so spoiled there is jo way. We are a danger to ourselves. Where do you see that in Trump?
What is Trumps fruit? Does he love and not hate, have joy and promote peace instead of division strife? Is he patient or impatient, gentle or harsh? Is there love and tolerance for those that oppose? He is not meek,does not glorify God for his talents or gifts.
He is prideful,lives for himself Proverbs 20:11 says, “Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.”

He obviously was not chosen by God. Is goodness present?
We do not assume that Trump is our savior. The other candidate was Clinton. I hardly think she was the answer to our needs.
I think it can be accurate to say there has never been or ever will be a leader in government, in society, or in our churches who are without shortcomings. But Trump does have talents our country needed at this time.
He was not a politician. And that was what was attractive to the large voter base. So after he gets elected it would be unrealistic to expect him to change over night. That said,I am not denying the need form him to learn to adjust.
But if we expect his heart to change who the man is that should be done by the Holy Spirit and the work of his heart. That too take time. Instead of criticizing him too much we need to pray for him.
I personally don’t like the language or the boasting I have heard. At the same time, it was being who he is that got him where he is. He has done a great job. He has surrounded himself with people of faith. He has stood up for people of faith and for our constitutional rights.
America’s problems are deep. Though there are a lot of problems that have developed over last several presidencies; the correction of those bad policies cannot be addressed in the four short years a man is in office.
I respectfully submit my opinion and ask that Christians get involved on their local government. We were founded on Christian principles and God was in every fabric of our foundation until we crowded Him out with our selfish, godless, thinking. We have put so much emphasis on education and become wise in our own eyes. We have called good bad and bad good. Just as the Word reminds us would happen.
Education is good but can be dangerous without wisdom. Godly wisdom. It is my observation we need humble men and women of God to step up and get involved.
