Migrant Human Smuggling Indictments
Two Texas men, suspects in June’s migrant tractor-trailer death case, received indictments that could land them in prison for life or worse.
From The Gateway Pundit. On Wednesday, two men were indicted on federal charges in the deaths of 53 migrants who died in the rear of a tractor-trailer … last month.
Pray for your fellow intercessor.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas Homero Zamorano Jr., 46, and Christian Martinez, 28, received indictments from a grand jury that could result in life in prison or the death penalty. The two men had previously been charged but were not facing the death penalty.
The gruesome event from June 27 is believed to be one of the most fatal human smuggling cases in modern U.S. history.
San Antonio officials reported that 50 adults and three children died inside the back of an 18-wheeler.
The U.S. attorney’s office said that Zamorano and Martinez were indicted on conspiracy to transport illegal aliens resulting in death, transportation of illegal aliens resulting in death, and other counts….
Aside from the primary charges, both men were indicted on one count each of conspiracy and transportation of illegal aliens resulting in serious bodily injury and placing lives in jeopardy, prosecutors said. Those counts can carry up to 20 years in prison each.

Father, you are the God of true justice. May these men be brought to justice and may they repent of their involvement with smuggling peoplel into our country. I also pray for the situation at the border, that your angel armies would protect not only our border, but the people that are trying to come in. May this cease and the people not try to come. Thank you that you are working.
This tragedy is just one (identified) of more than we can conceive. Our southern border is hemorrhaging evil. Human trafficking and drug trafficking are destroying the lives and futures of countless men, women and children. BUT “I know that God can do all things, no plan of His can be stopped.”
Dear Heavenly Father, You are not the God of confusion. You are the God of Order. In 6 days, You created all that exists in an orderly sequence. You separated the light from the darkness. You fixed boundaries by telling the seas “You may come this far, but no farther; your waves must stop here.” You commanded the morning and assigned the dawn its place, “that it might spread to the ends of the earth and shake the wicked out of it.” You bind the chains of the Pleiades. You loosen the belt of Orion and bring out the constellations in their season. You put wisdom in the heart and give understanding to the mind. I praise You Father for the salvation we have in Jesus Christ. Through Him we have access to You by the Holy Spirit. So, to You Almighty God, I pray for the Southern Border. I pray Your Order will envelope that region. I pray You will place wisdom and understanding in the minds of everyone involved in securing this region. I pray Your Order will save the children being abused. I pray Your Order will stop the flow the traffic of human flesh, drugs and misery. I pray Your Order will come to (not only) this region but every lawless city in our country, every lawless country in our world. I cannot ask too much of You Father so I pray You will exceed this prayer for Your Glory and our good. We need You Father. We need You Jesus. We need You Holy Spirit…come. Amen
Job 38-40
Ephesians 2:18 For through Him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.
1 John 2:1-2 My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate before the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
Lord, thank You that these men were caught and charged with this crime. Now, Lord, use this situation in their lives to save them from spiritual suicide – that is, not believing in Jesus Christ. Use this to reach many in prison, Lord. Let revival break out in our prisons. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
