I was just with Newt Gingrich. He has a way of simplifying things. He explained several key statistics—facts that can give us hope. Although it’s tempting to feel hopeless when we see our nation embracing so many negative policies that run counter to our faith, and to the biblical principles that our nation was founded on, you will be encouraged to hear what Americans really think and how alike we really are. Despite how things feel, our beliefs may not make us part of a shrinking minority.

The surprising statistics
- Did you know that Americans agree, 91 to 5, that we should be judged on the content of our character rather than the color of our skin? That’s an astounding majority. Newt asked an important question—if Americans overwhelmingly agree on this, why are we acting like we are in the minority?
- Americans were asked if work was “good” for people. 89% agreed that it was. Did you know that work is biblical? Adam and Eve were given jobs in the garden of Eden, tending to the garden and animals. We are made to work, to have responsibility, to care for our surroundings, and provide for our families. If most Americans agree that work is good, why are we creating a massive welfare state that removes incentives to work?
- When asked if people identify as an American or as a person of color, an overwhelming majority, 87%, said they identify more as just an American. No hyphenated American. Just an American.
- What about identifying as American versus the ethnicity of origin? 83% said they regard themselves as an American even if they have recently immigrated to our nation.
What do we learn from these statistics?
A couple of things stood out to me as I listened to Newt rattle off those figures. First, we are not in the minority in these beliefs—in fact, we have a strong majority! Second, being an American is a unifying identity. More people see it that way than the media and elites would like us to believe. Third, most Americans agree with beliefs that are very much in line with biblical principles!
Yet our leaders on the left and the elites are doing what they can to divide us by our color, our heritage, our income. They have even changed the language to reframe radical perspectives, disguise truly divisive ideology, and temper very wacky policies and plans. Have you ever wondered why so many leftist plans, groups, and policies have benign and even noble sounding names? It is a Saul Alinsky tactic. Most people won’t look past a title or a descriptor and it is easy to get people to accept those positive-sounding plans or bills.
Newt issued a challenge to change the language to more accurately reflect what things are about. HR1, which Nancy Pelosi and others have called the “For the People Act,” is actually not for the people, but for the politicians. Newt calls it the Corrupt Politicians Act. Calling forth truth is a biblical principle. It also takes the air out of the Enemy’s plans to deceive and twist the truth.
So, after being with Newt and hearing his 4 simple facts, I was more hopeful, more encouraged, and even more energized to take on the deceit of the Enemy. I have confidence that the America the left and the media paint for us is not the America most of us want.

I identify as a proud, God fearing African American woman. When a person say they do not see color, that is very offensive to any person of color. In addition, if you do not see my color then you refuse to acknowledge the cruel and evil deeds inflicted upon me and my people. God would not be pleased with this racist, hateful vile behavior that we encounter in our daily lives. God hates racism, prejudice and bigotry. We all must grieve the loss of precious human life at the hands of racism and prejudice. Read 2 Chronicles 19:7. Speak up and speak out against any evil behavior that is unpleasing to our God.
TOO MUCH WORLD AND NOT ENOUGH OF GOD’S WORD. GOD’S WORD IS TRUTH. WE CAN DEPEND ON IT EVERYTIME. WHILE THE CHURCH SLEEPS…AWAKEN US, O GOD. “AND ELIJAH CAME UNTO ALL THE PEOPLE, AND SAID, ‘HOW LONG HALT YE BETWEEN TWO OPINIONS? IF THE LORD BE GOD, FOLLOW HIM: BUT IF Baal, THEN FOLLOW him.’ AND THE PEOPLE ANSWERED HIM NOTHING.” ( 1 KINGS 18:21).
Thanks for any encouraging words. It means so much and is uplifting. It reminds us that God is with us.
Thank you Father that the deciding factor of your love is that the blood of all men runs red, that is a color based on science and not culture or manipulated facts. Bring your greater reality and Truth to bear upon the hearts and minds of all peoples. Do this to thwart and turn around the attempts of evil inspired power mongering politicians and world leaders to divide, warp and change the hearts of all peoples. Remove the scales of emotional and intellectual deception from the eyes and hearts of all people, especially your children For whom the red Blood of Jesus was shed. We need your transforming power. Help us, Lord, God, in Jesus Name.
C.S. Lewis was prophetic. He saw this misuse of language coming and wrote a novel, That Hideous Strength, which shows how it operates.
A useful tool in conversation is to ask people to define a word they use. “What do you mean when you say ______?” You will discover whether you are actually talking about the same thing. We really need to be careful that we DO NOT USE the deceptive words or
phrases with which we are bombarded:
SAFE — I don’t expect government to keep me safe; but I do expect it to keep me FREE:
God is the one we look to who keeps us safe both now and for all eternity
SOCIAL JUSTICE — man’s version of justice often does not match God’s justice
CHRISTIAN — a N.I.C.E. person who doesn’t cause any disruption, or conflict and is easily controlled
a person who is fully committed to Christ’s will being done on Earth as it is in Heaven and is guided by the Holy Spirit
and titles of organizations, legislative bills, books, etc.
Read carefully before you donate to organizations. They may actually be promoting things to which you are opposed, although their name sounds good.
Father God,
I pray that You give each of us great discernment and wisdom in our communication. Make us aware of ALL deception and sharpen our thinking to reject it. Thank You for Your love and faithfulness and power to protect us from all spiritual attacks as well as those in the physical. Give us courage and boldness to stand for Your truth.
We praise You and give You honor and glory in the name of Christ Jesus both now and forevermore. Amen.

This is encouraging news from Newt! I pray that we would take the responsibility to contact our legislators about the bills that we support or object to. Judeo-Christian Caucus provides the information to do just that! We are a government “of the people, by the people & for the people” so it is time we ACT like it!!
Lord You are Sovereign over all things! We praise You that the Light of Jesus Christ shines brightly in all States, in all Cities in the United States of America. Lord give us men and women prayer warriors and others that take refuge in You. (Psalm 34:8) May we continue to delight in Your law (Psalm 1:2) and ponder it in our hearts. This reminds me of when Moses sent the 12 spies to check out the Promised Land, which the LORD had promised to give them.
It IS a good land!
The giants are powerless against the promises of God.
Moreover, as the LORD led the Israelites in battle into each new area, He told them to fully destroy their enemies, or else His people would take up the pagan ways of this new territory.
With God, nothing is impossible!
Newt says what many of us have known for a long time is, there are more of us than them. The problem that I see is that we are “the SILENT MAJORITY!” What many Christians don’t get is that we can no longer be silent! The people, who are in academia, businesses, big tech, legislators, law enforcement, etc. , who believe like we do, are afraid of being cancelled by the “woke groups.” They are afraid of BLM and others. We need to stand loud and strong with people who stand for what believers do. They need to know, we have their back and that we will stand with them. We have to get involved in local, state and federal government! For example, critical race theory, is already in many schools because parents, grandparents, don’t go to school board meetings. We have to start showing up and speaking out. If it is in your schools, get together, with others, and let them know you are not going to allow your children to be indoctrinated with those lies! Get other like minded people to go with you. That old saying, “the squeaky wheel gets the oil” is true.
I pray many believers will listen to Newt Gingrich and be encouraged to speak up and become involved. We should no longer be the silent majority!

Folks, it’s time to find your discernment. It may be sitting on a shelf, dusty from disuse, lost behind misinformation, hiding from the truth.
This is the trumpet sound of clarity and illumination of facts. No one can usurp your discernment but you can willingly, knowingly set it aside for another day, another time only to get out of the practice of using it while you jump on board the train of complacency, political correctness and tolerance for abhorrent policies and mandates.
Nevertheless, NOW is that time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country, families and communities by using your God given gift of discernment. What? That’s not your gift? Ask for it and it will be given for God is not willing that any should perish. There are no scrapes or bruises from employing discernment. In fact, you will be set free from the confinement of a deceptive Itenerary hell-bent on taking you and yours down a fiery path of literal hell. Discernment gives you the strength to go AGAINST the flow, reaching the ladder that leads to life and liberty.
