On a perfect New England fall day last Saturday, IFA intercessors gathered in Uxbridge, MA, at Valley Chapel, the home church of Massachusetts State Leaders, Suzie and Lynn McCaskill.

The purpose was prayer and for the name of the Lord to be exalted in Massachusetts – a deep blue liberal state with ungodly governmental leadership and state legislators who ignore the Word of God to deeply bend the knee to the anti-Truth culture.

The Power of Praying Together

“At first, I was disappointed in the small number of attendees. I had hoped to fill the sanctuary,” said Suzie. “But the Lord showed me the importance of unity. Instead of the sanctuary, we met in the Upper Room.”

“Pastor Bob’s opening message spoke of the power that he sensed in the unity in our prayers. We were all praying together regardless of denomination. We stood together to pray against the huge things that come against our state. We prayed in unity and one accord.”

“Oh, the power that filled the room. It didn’t match the numbers, but we were aligning our hearts and our prayers with the burden of the Lord and what He desires. Our hearts were right before God. The intimate nature of the gathering was just so powerful as we stood in the gap for Massachusetts,” Suzie exclaimed.

For those of us who live in this state, it can get disheartening at times as our earthly state government leaders fail in their God-ordained purpose to restrain evil and promote good. (Romans 13:3-4, 1 Peter 2:14-14). They are delighted to pass extreme and wicked abortion laws, harass crisis pregnancy centers, promote sexual immorality in our schools, protect criminal illegal aliens, advocate for the LGBT agenda and transgender mutilation, and other ungodly laws too numerous to mention.

Yet, as Intercessors, we know our appeal is to heaven. We can have confidence in His Word, in the prayers of righteous people united in one voice, and the assurance that everything is unfolding according to His plan. God will triumph. Christ will come again.

While we wait for that glorious day, we pray.

We Prayed in Victory

It was in this spirit of unity and victory that our state IFA leaders, Suzie, Lynne, and Kim Moffitt, opened the second Policy & Prayer Event to pray for Massachusetts.

We prayed for our young people in schools and campuses to be protected from every attack, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. We prayed for protection around every school against those with evil intent from entering. We asked for God’s blessing on all Christian ministries and groups at schools to be a source of light in the darkness and for students to be drawn to the light. We prayed for the removal of all unholy books from our libraries.

We prayed for hearts and minds to see the truth and for their deliverance from evil so they can claim, He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into kingdom of his dear Son. (Colossian 1:13).

We prayed for marriages and families to be protected. For husbands and wives to grow in love and unity with the Lord so they would be as strong as a three-fold strand which is not quickly broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:12)

We prayed for foster children to be placed in loving Christian homes and for the state not to ban Christina families from fostering. We prayed for trans youth for their identity to be restored in Christ. We prayed for MA to ban boys playing in girls sports and to ban trans treatments for minors.

We prayed for godly men and women to arise and take on legislative roles. We prayed for a goldy governor and a godly Attorney General. We prayed for a righteous result in the mid-terms. We prayed for Christians to vote in overwhelming numbers. We prayed for God’s will to be done here in MA as in heaven.

We prayed for protection for Jewish people and against the rise antisemitism. We prayed for the salvation of Muslims and against the rise of Democratic Socialists of America.

We prayed for protection for the unborn and pregnancy resource centers. We prayed specifically for enough signatures to be gathered to place a question on the 2028 ballot to repeal MA’s extreme abortion until birth law, H.188, and for the law to be suspended from going into effect until the vote can be taken.

We prayed for the church in MA and New England to arise for such a time as this. We prayed for the churches to be filled with the supernatural power of God, for a great increase in holiness in the church that she will become a holy church for a holy God, for the churches to cry out against the sinful laws, for the church to be all God intended it to me.

We Declared the Promises of God!

In powerful, encouraging and victorious declarations, Intercessors, led by State Leader Kim Moffitt, stood up and spoke the Word of God over Massachusetts, decreeing that these dry dead bones will come alive in the Name of Jesus.

┼ God will restore and breathe life into a hopeless nation. (Ezekiel 37)

┼ We loose the truth of God over Massachusetts. Nothing hidden that will not be exposed. (Romans 1:18)

┼ His truth is more powerful than lies. Proverbs 12:19

┼ God will give wisdom and knowledge and understanding to choose righteous candidates for Massachusetts. (Proverbs 2:6)

┼ The Lord will deliver Massachusetts from evil and preserve Massachusetts for His heavenly Kingdom. (2 Timothy 4:18.

┼ Arise Massachusetts and shine for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen in you. (Isaiah 60:1)

┼ Help us, O Lord our God, for we rest on You, and in Your Name we go against this multitude. O Lord, You are our God; do not let man prevail against You! (2 Chronicles 14:11)

Friend, we prayed and declared the promises of God over Massachusetts! The Name of the Lord was exalted in Massachusetts on that day.

Will you join with us to pray for our state, your state and the entire nation?

I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down,
to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant. (Jeremiah 1:10)

Go Forth Intercessor!

At the close of this holy Day of Prayer, State Leader Suzie McCaskill spoke a commissioning over us. She said, “I asked the Lord, ‘what do You want then commissioned for?’.

I received this answer from the Lord.

“Commission them to be soldiers, warriors for their state, they are the Army of Intercessors, called by My Name, called to take their positions, for such a time as now. They each have a role. They are valuable, necessary, they are called to stand in the gap for their state. They are called to cry out to Me from the watch tower walls, to give Me no rest. Go forth into all the world.”

Here is the encouraging, uplifting and mighty commission Suzie declared over all of us present, and for every IFA Intercessor today.

Go forth…

Go forth into your states.

Go forth into the spiritual territory I have assigned to you for such a time as now.

Go forth into the Town Halls.

Go forth into the State House.

Go forth into the public squares.

Go forth into every dark place and proclaim the light of Chris.t

Go forth into every hidden area and bring the revealing and exposing light of the world.

Go forth into communities of the lost, the broken, the wounded, those who are spiritually bleeding out.

Go forth into the people who have lost their way, who have lost their identity or had it stolen from them. Tell them who I am and who I created them to be.

Go forth into the darkness, it will not overcome you.

Go forth in the authority of the Holy, Living God.

Go forth in humility recognizing the God of Angel Armies, the Mighty God who goes before you leading the way.

Go forth in love, trusting that I will be with you.

Intercessors, GO FORTH, go forth without fear, without anxiety.

Go forth in the unknown, trusting that the light of the World will leas your way.

Go forth in love, go forth in peace.

Go forth in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

Yes, GO FORTH.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your grace, mercy provision, and equipping. We pray over every IFA Intercessor that they will walk into every place You are calling them to Go Forth and they will fulfill Your perfect purpose and plan as they align their hearts and will with Yours. In Jesus name, Amen.
