From the Daily Wire:

The FBI is reportedly looking at an attempted bombing in New York City as a potential act of terror after at least one of the suspects — who wielded a homemade bomb at a protest outside Gracie Mansion the day before — claimed that he had been inspired by ISIS.

According to a report published Sunday by CBS News, the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force has taken over the investigation into Emir Balat, 18, and Ibrahim Kayumi, 19 — both of whom live in Pennsylvania — after a lab in Quantico confirmed that what appeared to homemade bombs were not “hoax devices” but deadly Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) using components that have been seen in previous terror attacks.

The devices, two sources told CBS, contained sports drink bottles filled with explosives that were set inside glass jars packed with nails, bolts, and screws. The explosives were connected to a firework described as an “M-80-type” with a fuse.

The incident occurred on Saturday during a protest dubbed “Stop the Islamic Takeover of New York City. One protestor pepper sprayed a counterprotestor, causing Balat to light and throw one of the bombs at the conservatives. Balat allegedly fled the scene, obtaining a second bomb from Kayumi. He, Kayumi, and others were then arrested by police.

Notably, while Mayor Mamdani condemned the attack, he was careful to do so in a way that blames conservatives for the attack. In a statement posted to X, the Mayor name dropped Jake Lang, former January 6 prisoner and organizer of the protest, calling him a “white supremacist.” He did not, however, mention Balat or Kayumi. He also did not clarify that the bombs were thrown by counterprotestors, seemingly implying that Lang and the conservatives were behind the attack. On Monday, however, the Mayor did condemn both Balat and Kayumi for “committing a heinous act of terrorism and proclaiming their allegiance to ISIS.”

According to CNN reporting, both Balat and Kayumi admitted to being inspired by ISIS. Their attack may not have harmed anyone, but it is the latest in a long line of Islamic terror attacks in America. Let’s pray for protection from terrorists like these two who wish us harm!

Obviously there is a great need to eliminate foreign interference in American Politics and banning sharia law is a small part of this. But we more importantly need to register as foreign agents anyone receiving funds from any foreign country including our special ally for whom brave Americans have fought and died. Agent provocateurs love to create a stir and foment opposition as a manipulation. We are staunch in our opposition to sharia law. All Muslim illegals must be deported. All nations must bow down before Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
