I Prayed have prayed
Father, we pray for the protection of all believers and ICE officers in America. We ask that those who stormed this church and threatened its congregants would be held accountable.

Over the weekend, a group of anti-ICE protestors stormed Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, interrupting the Sunday morning service. The act caught the attention of the Trump administration, with White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson accusing Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey of “whipp[ing] these rioters into a frenzy and turn[ing] them loose to wreak havoc.”

From Fox News:

Jackson was reacting to a mob comprised of dozens of agitators allegedly storming into the Cities Church sanctuary in St. Paul on Sunday midway through church services, throwing worship into chaos, Fox Digital previously reported. Protesters claimed the pastor was a local ICE official.

Department of Justice officials vowed Sunday to open an investigation into the disruption, specifically probing for federal civil rights violations “by these people desecrating a house of worship and interfering with Christian worshipers,” Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon said.

Attorney General Pam Bondi added in a statement Sunday that “attacks against law enforcement and the intimidation of Christians are being met with the full force of federal law.”

You can see a video of Sunday morning’s protest below:

This comes after weeks of heightened tensions in Minnesota. Aiming to address the fraud being perpetrated in large by the state’s Somali community, President Trump sent ICE officers into the state. One activist, Renee Good, was killed during a confrontation in which she attempted to drive into an ICE officer. Ever since then, frequent anti-ICE protests have been held around the country, with many taking place in Minnesota.

The DOJ is already working to charge people over this. In an interview with conservative influencer Benny Johnson, Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ, called it a “very serious matter,” stressing that “nobody should think in the United States that they’re going to be able to get away with this.” She even announced that the DOJ is bringing charges against Don Lemon, former CNN host, under the FACE Act and the KKK Act. You can here more from Dhillon and more about these charges in the interview below.

It is sad to see that these protests are now reaching even the churches of America, but it is, unfortunately, not surprising. Let’s pray for the protection of believers, for the protection of ICE officers, and for all those who threatened these congregants to face justice!

Father, You are mighty. Our weapons are not physical but spiritual. Our prayers pull down strongholds. Lord, I lift up one of the leaders of a protest group who has been leading these protests since the George Floyd incident. Her name is Keema Armstrong, according to a news reporter. Her heart, Lord is stony cold and filled with hate. I don’t know why but You do. Lord, give her a Damascus Road experience, along with those who joined her in this protest. May they experience the love of God, the power of God, and may their souls and lives be forever changed. May they become spreaders of the gospel, not spreaders of hate and violence. Father, protect Your people in supernatural ways that is obvious to onlookers. Let God arise and His enemies be scattered. Bring about glorious change. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Lord Jesus, please give abundant wisdom and guidance to our President and all members of the Trump Administration. These protestors have gotten out of hand, and need to be reigned in. Personally, my opinion is, that our president needs to invoke the Insurrection Act and to send troops into Minneapolis to show these out-of-control protestors that their behavior is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It appears to be a distraction from Gov. Walz to take the focus off of the investigation that he is currently experiencing. This is merely what is happening . I pray, Lord Jesus, for Your will to be done in this mess. Thank You Jesus.

King JESUS, the verse that comes to my mind is Psalm 105: 15-17 Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. LORD protect our church leaders and all who stand for the truth

While we here on the Island of Guam (United States territory in the Western Pacific) are sadden to learn of the continuing unrest in the State of Minnesota, most especially in the above article in the storming of a church in which Christians were simply engaged in their fundamental rights of freedom of religion. May God help us, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

I pray for the love of Jesus Christ to penetrate the hearts of those grown cold by sin. Expose their sin. You bring everything to light. We cannot hide it. You paid a high price that we might know your love. Bring revival to this country.
