In response to “highly provocative statements” from the former President of Russia, President Trump has dispatched two nuclear submarines “to be positioned in the appropriate regions.”

“Based on the highly provocative statements of the Former President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, who is now the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, I have ordered two Nuclear Submarines to be positioned in the appropriate regions, just in case these foolish and inflammatory statements are more than just that,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Words are very important, and can often lead to unintended consequences, I hope this will not be one of those instances. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
Medvedev, who is currently serving as Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said earlier this week that Trump’s ultimatums to Russia were “a step towards war.”
President Trump has issued several ultimatums in an attempt to end the Russia-Ukraine war. Most recently, he shortened a 50-day deadline initially given to Putin, instructing the Russian President to secure peace by August 9.
Former Russian President has mocked the President’s ultimatums. The Daily Wire noted that he wrote in a social media post, “Trump issued a theatrical ultimatum to the Kremlin. The world shuddered, expecting the consequences. Belligerent Europe was disappointed. Russia didn’t care.” However, it is his mention of war that appeared to drive President Trump to dispatch nuclear submarines.
Peace in Europe seems to be closer than ever before, yet, at the same time, infinitely far away. Men are still dying in Ukraine, even as President Trump is working overtime to secure peace. Let’s pray that God softens Putin’s heart so that this war can come to an easy, diplomatic end.

Father, I ask that you would deal with Russia. Protect us from World War III. Give President Trump wisdom in regard to all of this. Change Putin’s heart from the course he is on to one of following you and ending the war in Ukraine. Bring peace over this region.

Also, you might want to consider that there are more pictures of Trump with Epstein by huge amounts than there are trans athletes in the NCAA.

We plead the Blood of Jesus over our dear President Trump, pray Angelic protection over him, guidance by Holy Spirit, wisdom and wise counsel to him, favor, blessings, mercy and grace from Almighty God over him. We pray all these things over his family, administration and staff as well, in the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.
With such alarming actions, I am, again, reminded, of our need to be ready to die. If we have fear of death, we need to press in to understand and to experience that death is only a doorway to the next life and for those who love God it will be heaven. Thus, our need to share this conviction, this story with others who fear death. These days, like days in the past too, are perilous times. These days should be no more alarming that days in our past. Granted with each passing day, we are all one day closer to actually seeing our Lord (!), and while we remain, let us remember and embrace that our Lord is the Sovereign One. Thus, He knows what is happening and what will happen, and what needs to happen.
Just today, I was reading in Isaiah 28-30, and became awed at thinking how much God loves us that He would do anything to thwart sin’s hold on us (namely, judgment) so that we would return to our first Love.
So, while we read about these nuclear subs and wrestle with our emotions and thoughts over this, I am praying that we will grasp this news as another blessed opportunity to stand firm and be the light and salt of witness that our world needs at this time.
