Reading Time: 2 minutes

On Monday, President Trump and other White House officials spoke to thousands of faith leaders on a call hosted by the White House Faith Office.

This call was powerful. Those who tuned in were able to hear from President Trump, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in addition to leaders of the White House Faith Office, Senior Advisor to the President Paula White-Cain and Deputy Assistant to the President and Faith Director of the White House Faith Office Jenny Korn.

The call faced technical difficulties at the beginning, delaying the start by over 20 minutes. Once things finally got underway, however, President Trump began to explain how he has used his second term to stop what he called “the radical war on Christians.”

The President used the opportunity to highlight his many achievements in office. He brought up his decision to pardon the pro-life protestors who were jailed under the Biden administration, as well as his unprecedented decision to launch a task force dedicated to combatting anti-Christian bias.

He also stressed his appreciation for people of faith, stating his intention to have them play a key role in America’s 250th anniversary next year. “I couldn’t have done it without the faith leaders,” President Trump said, “the people that are on this call. … They’re the people I want to listen to. They’re the people I do listen to. But I look forward to sharing the news about the America 250 in the days and weeks to come.”

After President Trump, listeners heard from White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. She also spoke about her appreciation for people of faith, thanking them for their prayers. She added, “I feel those prayers when I’m at the podium and Pastor Paula and Jenny are always reminding me of the power of prayer before I go out there and speak the truth and talk about the President’s message.”

Lastly, listeners were able to hear from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who had a surprise appearance at the end of the call. In his short time, Secretary Rubio also thanked believers, saying, “Thanks for all your prayers. It uplifts us every day on the hard work we’re doing here. We’re so grateful.”

Intercessor, your prayers are not falling on deaf ears. Not only does God hear Your prayers, but the Trump administration also is feeling your intercession. Let’s keep up the good work and continue to pray for our leaders!

Scripture from the Complete Jewish Bible:

Isaiah 6:5, Romans 5:8 Then I said, “Woe to me! I [too] am doomed! — because I, a man with unclean lips, living among a people with unclean lips, have seen with my own eyes the King, Adonai-Tzva’ot!” But God demonstrates His own love for us in that the Messiah died on our behalf while we were still sinners.

From Daniel 3 Complete Jewish Bible
But because an extraordinary spirit was in this Dani’el, he so distinguished himself above the other chiefs and the viceroys that the king considered putting him in charge of the whole kingdom. The other chiefs and the viceroys tried to find a cause for complaint against Dani’el in regard to how he performed his governing duties, but they could find nothing to complain about, no fault; on the contrary, because he was so faithful, not a single instance of negligence or faulty administration could be found.

Jude 1:24 Now, to the One who can keep you from falling and set you without defect and full of joy in the presence of His Sh’khinah to God alone, our Deliverer, through Yeshua the Messiah, our Lord be glory, majesty, power and authority before all time, now and forever.

Dear Heavenly Father, You are Almighty God, Adonai-Tzva’ot (Commander and Chief )…. KING. I remember Daniel, who You saturated with Your extraordinary Spirit, which nourished his faith in You. He neglected nothing, his administration of governing was just and through Your Favor, he was distinguished above all others. We, the people of the world, have unclean lips but because You love the world, You sent Jesus to die and save us. You have done everything for us. I pray LORD, You will continue to show us favor through this administration. I pray You will nourish the faith of each leader and advisor. I pray they will never neglect to give You the glory and honor in victories over the injustices that plague our nation. Only You can keep us from failing and fill us with joy in Your presence. To You Father, through Jesus our Lord and in Your Mighty Holy Spirit Power, be glory and authority today in every day to come. Amen

The example modeled in the Bible would clear up for us believers, how to handle living in a world of unbelievers, including those that do not believe in Yeshua and the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
In the Old Testament, God required that if a stranger decided to sojourn with Israel, they must submit to the covenant of circumcision. That wasn’t easy for grown men to do. But those that truly loved the God of Israel submitted themselves for circumcision. That’s not applicable for today’s believer but does demonstrate God’s principle of separation from the world, when in the world.
What Jesus left in place for us as I see it, was this. He always sent his disciples out in twos. If they weren’t received, they were to shake the dust from their feet and leave. Then after the Cross, in their apostolic journeys, these men went out and colonized new believers into Churches. It became a circumcision of the heart as the believer accepted Yeshua as Lord and Savior. Those churches then continued the good work in their geographic area only bringing in true converts. God Himself maintained the purity and integrity of that process-remember Ananias and Saphira. The point being they kept themselves separate from the world. We have lost those principles in the modern day church. The model should be to send people out in order to convert and bring those back into our fellowships for discipleship. Having lost those principles has affected the local church as well as our nation. Israel of old was a nation. We are a nation.
Our nation was established on the same biblical principles as the nation of Israel. However, having lost this principle of how to be separate from the world, we find ourselves fighting a battle in our nation that was never intended by God. In order to correct course, we would need to humble ourselves and repent, returning to Him in this area, asking Him how He would have us handle this.

For President Trump and his leaders to have time to ask Gods direction and then clearly hear and follow with obedience. That America will have mercy and blessing of God. that no war will be on American soil.

When I think of all You have done for me; how lost in sin and how dead I was,
I shudder at the lack of praise for You and for our tendencies to judge others –
(therefore, “playing” God!)
Quietness and confidence is lost to our conforming to the world and we lack
Your wisdom to know how to live.
We “perform” and ask YOU to applaud!
The dial is set on the world’s standards and we anxiously try to keep up —
leaving YOU behind!
YOU are sovereign, Lord, and will not be left behind.
All praise, honor and glory are Yours, forever!
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.

I pray for the administration and for President Trump, and for those who are Christians that are in and around him for peace, cover and protection, and have the right decisions to make, and to be inspired by the Holy Spirit, bringing the council of God to their ears. My verse Proverbs 12:13 “the wicked are trapped by their own words, but the godly escape such trouble” thank you Mr. President and your colleagues who are example of godly people.

They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up on wings of an eagle. They shall walk and not faint. They shall run and not grow weary! Thank you President Trump, our fearless leader!

I was thankful that President Trump and his staff addressed the community of faith leaders with respect, gratitude for their support, and a commitment to protect their freedoms. However, I did not appreciate equating Islam with Christianity and Judaism – they do not worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. In fact, they are avowed enemies to those who do – to them we are infidels That is the problem with freedom of religion – without parameters, restrictions, and clear definitions. The freedoms our Constitution guarantees, are becoming the very means that our enemies are using to destroy us – especially freedom of religion and freedom of the press and freedom of speech. I value our freedoms, but I mourn the misuse of them – Lord, forgive us as a nation for taking them for granted and not safeguarding them by being a moral people. The John Adams quote was so prophetic – “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other!” And when he said religious, he did not include anything other than the biblical worship of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob – You, YHVH. Please intervene to bring us back from the brink of disaster.M

I want to thank IFA for the honor and opportunity to meet with the POTUS and his staff. I was blessed to be a part of what we have been praying into for this nation.

Please know that you are a blessing to many like-minded intercessors throughout the nation. Together, in lock-step, we can make a difference for God’s Kingdom. Many blessings.

I was blessed and honored to be part of the President’s prayer call on Monday. I appreciate President DJT in his commitment to protect people of faith, specifically Christians and Jews who have been targets of hate.
