Nevada’s Supreme Court has upheld a law allowing mailed ballots without postmarks to be counter after Election Day.
From USA Today. The Nevada Supreme Court ruled Monday the state can count mailed ballots that arrive without a postmark up to three days after Election Day on Nov. 5.

The Republican National Committee and former President Donald Trump’s campaign committee had sought to block the counting of ballots without postmarks in the swing state, and the party has fought in other states to prevent counting ballots that arrive after Election Day.
But the state’s Supreme Court upheld the August decision by District Court Judge James Russell, who refused to block the counting of ballots without postmarks because of the importance of counting all eligible votes. …
Nevada State law allows for mailed ballots to be counted when they are returned to county clerks by 5 p.m. on the fourth day after Election Day with a postmark by Election Day. If “the date of the postmark cannot be determined,” ballots received by 5 p.m. three days after Election Day “shall been deemed to have been postmarked on or before the day of the election.” …
The ruling comes as election and postal officials urge voters to mail ballots at least a week before Election Day because of potential delays in the mail.

All votes need to be counted the same day and have final results by the end of the day. If we allow this to happen it just creates more fraud and this is where people lose faith in our election system. Why is this even considered since in past years there was never a problem with same day results? We must continue to pray for secure elections and stop changing the rules of law.
This ruling is all together Wrong! It almost assures that there Will be election fraud. We’ve seen in the past how ballots just ‘miraculously’ show up, all of course, voting in the same direction. It’s like giving permission to cheat! Our country has lost all sense of truth and values! We need to get back to One Nation Under GOD!
Rules were made to be followed. It seems like each state or court can bend them as they desire. I find that discouraging to say the least.

This delay tactic is an obvious attempt to manipulate the outcome. It’s worked before and has proven effective. Its frustrating and more than disappointing to hear Nevadas Supreme Court has used the power in their hand to open a door allowing for manipulation of the voting outcome.
But God has His hand on this nation including Nevada, and His is much bigger. He is also a righteous judge. The Lord has asked His people to stand, partner with Him, and to pray for the turning of this nation back to God. We have prayed.
This battle is spiritual and will be won by God’s hand. Now we stand and trust in the Lord, who fights for us. He saved each one of us! He has the wisdom and the might to save this nation. To God be the glory!
