As Governor of Minnesota, Walz rejected federal assistance and was slow to deploy the state’s National Guard to Minneapolis in response to the 2020 George Floyd riots. Despite his inaction, Walz blamed local law enforcement and Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey, calling their response an “abject failure.”
Text messages and emails obtained by the Star Tribune after the riots, however, show that state officials—not city officials—failed to communicate important details provided by local law enforcement. This delayed the deployment of the National Guard for almost 24 hours. …

The COVID-19 pandemic saw Minnesota rocked by a massive fraud scandal, where an organized group of Somali residents embezzled $250 million in state funds meant to feed needy children. In an interview with CNN, the Minnesota Democrat quipped that he’d invest in a ladder factory to aid illegals entering the country. …
As governor, Walz has pushed so-called ‘sanctuary‘ policies in Minnesota—shielding illegal immigrants from deportation by the federal government. In 2023, he signed legislation allowing illegal immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses, which could result in noncitizens voting illegally in federal elections.
TRANSGENDER ‘SANCTUARY STATE.’
One of the most troubling policies enacted under Walz’s governorship is Minnesota’s transformation into a safe haven for minors seeking transgender surgeries and hormone treatments. In 2023, Walz issued an executive order protecting access to “gender-affirming care” in the state. Under the rule, adults and children are ensured access to gender reassignment surgery and hormones, which could result in sterilization. …

How in the world has he held his position as governor for so many years? This man is deeply flawed and has the arrogance to promote pro abortion up to birth. God Help us all if they get in as President and VP. We have a nation that is hanging off a cliff. If they win it’s over for all of us. If this man would accept the Vice Presidency nomination under Kamala Harris, you know that he is a radical. He looked totally foolish on Tuesday, when Harris introduced him as the VP candidate. The fact that he has told lies about his military record is sad, but not surprising- the Democrat party seems to operate upon lies and deception. I pray that this man would indeed have a Damascus Road experience, and repent of his poor choices. I pray the same prayer for Kamala Harris. If this does happen, great for them; if not, I pray that Harris is not elected as President. If she is, then our nation is doomed. Lord Jesus, please intervene in the Presidential election this year. Please, make a way for Donald Trump to get elected. Thank You, Jesus.

I live in Minnesota and shortly after Covid my sister and I saw this evil in him. We are prayer warriors so have been praying for Minnesota for 42 years. Its a shock to year he is with Kamala for Vice President but not shocking at all of his evilness. There are many good people in this state but he has done so much damage. God will redeem this state and I trust God will not allow this evil to be the leaders of our country.

Waltz is a hard-core communist through and through. He makes Fidel Castro look like a saint. Waltz in the White House would lead to even more persecution of Christians than under the Biden regime. We all need to pray to the very depths of our hearts that Waltz is defeated in November.

Cause the hearts of many individuals to seek and understand your word. Weed false teachers and rulers from among us and cause desperate and deceived hearts to turn to You. Make in each of your true servants hearts and minds of courage and humility that are needed in these times. Give us strength to combat evil and the ability to speak wise words. Reduce godless humanism and save our youth from paths of destruction. Give us discernment, Lord. Bless the remnant with your great strength to save this nation that was formed according to your word.

I live in Minnesota. I am now retired from a career in public schools. Gov. Walz policies on equity and inclusion in schools and elsewhere have cost the state. While Education Minnesota received more funding, results in reading and math declined. The training requirements and policies for staff make for a difficult environment for teachers of faith.
Since entering office Governor Walz has taken our state economy from a surplus to a huge deficit.
This is not a person I would recommend for a position of greater leadership responsibilities.
Praying for our state and country to return to Godly values.

Governor Waltz has done nothing for Me or family close friends.

The curfews, the fears. The job lay offs and shut downs during Covid.
Churches and schools closed but bars and liquor stores left open.
