In the wake of the attempted assassination of President Trump, Republicans are still gathering for the national convention in Milwaukee. Meanwhile, Trump has decided to change the theme of the convention.

Amid uncertainty about the motivation for the attack and escalating political tension in the country, party leaders and others have also called for calm as the party nominates former President Trump as its candidate for the nation’s highest office. …
Audrey Gibson-Cicchino of the U.S. Secret Service said on July 14 that the convention already has the highest security designation the federal government issues and that she is confident adequate provisions are in place. “We’re not anticipating any changes to our operational security plan for this event.”
However, multiple law enforcement officers from various agencies posted in the downtown area on July 14 told The Epoch Times that security arrangements were evolving based on changes made by the Secret Service in the wake of the July 13 shooting. …
Officers from various municipalities are providing security for the event, including those from the city and county of Milwaukee. State police officers from other states, including Indiana and New Jersey, are also on duty. Members of the Transportation Security Administration man pedestrian screening checkpoints around the arena. …
RNC Plans Unchanged
Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles, senior members of the Trump campaign staff, issued a memo to campaign staffers on July 13.
“In moments of tragedy and horror, we must be resolute in our mission to reelect President Trump,” Mr. LaCivita and Ms. Wiles wrote. “The RNC Convention will continue as planned in Milwaukee, where we will nominate our president to the brave and fearless nominee of our Party.”
Tamping Down Rhetoric
At the same time, members of the Trump campaign and others have cautioned against allowing speculation and political rhetoric to escalate tension in what has become the most contentious election cycle in recent memory.
Mr. LaCivita and Ms. Wiles likewise urged campaign staffers to avoid fueling tensions further.
“We also urge you to recognize the political polarization in this heated election,” they wrote. “Please do not comment publicly on the occurrence of today. We condemn all forms of violence and will not tolerate dangerous rhetoric on social media.” …

I pray that our political leaders have a change of heart and join us on this path of repentance. If they refuse then may God have them removed from office and replaced with someone who praises God. Be safe trust in God and God bless
The wind is shifting. The sail that makes the boat move, has shifted by God and by President Trump‘s course change.
May we all grab onto this new direction, forgetting those things which are past , which are all the rhetoric of arguing and fighting and mocking. May we repent.
Let us go back and look at what James says about the tongue— James 3:1-18:
I will just highlight a few of those verses—
If we put bits into the horses mouth that they may obey us, we guide their whole bodies.
Look at the ships also, though they are so great and are driven by Strong winds, They are guided by a very small rudder, wherever the will of the pilot directs.
So the tongue is a little member and boasts of great things. How great a forest is set a blaze by a small fire.!
And the tongue is a fire. The tongue is an unrighteous world among our members, staining the whole body, setting on fire, the cycle of nature, and set on fire by hell.
With it, we bless the Lord and father, and with it we curse men, who are made in the likeness of God. From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brethren is not to be so.
I believe that God is giving us a window of opportunity where there is great power to work wonderful things in this time we live in. But it is time for us to get out of the fiery furnace of the tongue and get onto doing the work of God and not get hung up by all the stuff going on around us. But we must now live, according to the word of God, and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
We can do this Church!
It’s the space that God is moving us into right now and let’s grab on and not get into the fight with flesh and blood, which is not where our true battle is and we all know that.
Father God, we lay the RNC before you! Use them to Glorify Yourself, Bring our Country back to you and to Spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Nations. Your will be done! 🙏🙌🏻✝️Amen!
Father and Creator of the Universe, I thank you for your protection over every official in government everywhere. Lead them and guide them by your Spirit to accomplish your kingdom purposes in the earth. Not by might, not by power but by your Spirit. Amen

God forgive us for our sins both personal and national-murdering the unborn, idolatry, pride, hatred, envy, jealousy, greed, unbelief, etc. Cleanse us by the Blood of Jesus and fill Your people with the power of the Holy Spirit.

I believe Presidnt Trump was also given another blessing in his decision to take J.D. Vance on as his Vice President candidate. This choice has confirmed my decision to vote for the Trump/Vance ticket in November. God surely has a hand in this election. God bless our candidates and God bless America.
As I prayed yesterday morning, I was reminded that whole world witnessed the miracle at the Trump rally. The Name of God is being declared throughout the world and from mouths of individuals who never speak His Name…many in conversation but so many in praise. I asked for the Lord to protect everyone at the Republican convention and I as prayed “may the Name of God fill each speakers mouths,” I believe I heard, “this is not a convention, it is a revival.” May it begin Lord.
Lord, you thank you for sparing President Donald Trump’s life. And we thank you that he recognizes that you protected him, help us all to continue to lift him and other candidates up in prayer, we put a prayer shield around him and all candidates on both sides. Lord please help President Trump and VP candidate J.D. Vance to see that all life begins in your mind ( Psalm 139) and is worthy of protection under the law, no exceptions.
And we decree: America shall be saved, and the unborn and all human life shall receive equal protection under the law as per the 14th amendment, as the unborn and all humans are persons.
