For years, conservative media has been silenced. Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro shared how this happened before Congress.
From The Daily Wire. Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro told Congress on Wednesday that there is “an informal pressure system” created by Democratic lawmakers, the White House, and brand safety organizations that boosts Left-wing media and silences conservative news outlets.

Shapiro made his remarks on the alleged conspiracy against conservative media during his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee. The Republican-led committee invited Shapiro to testify during its hearing on the Collusion in the Global Alliance for Responsible Media after releasing its report accusing the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) of strategizing to censor conservative content, including from The Daily Wire.
“We are in the midst of a trust crisis in the world of media, which is because so many in the legacy media have lied in order to preserve Left-leaning narratives,” Shapiro said in his opening statement. …

The Daily Wire host then told lawmakers how social media companies have been pressured by Democrats, the media, and the White House to censor his and others’ content. Social media companies “have responded by adopting the standards of third-party Left-wing ‘informational safety’ groups like the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, or GARM,” Shapiro said.
“GARM purportedly sets ‘brand safety’ standards – objective standards by which advertisers and platforms can supposedly determine just what sort of content ought to be deemed ‘safe’ for advertising,” he added. “In reality, GARM acts as a cartel. Its members account for 90 percent of ad spending in the United States — almost $1 trillion. In other words, if you’re not getting ad dollars from GARM members, it’s nearly impossible to run an ad-based business.” …
Shapiro then urged Congress to “stand up for the First Amendment.” …

Groups like GARN were formed to justify the actions of any narrative that would help justify the silencing of Conservative ideals. They influenced and pressured Democrats, the Media, and the White House. The First Amendment be damned. Congress should stand up for the First Amendment. Decades later is better now than never. Save the First Amendment, Congress!

For many years I have realized that news media sources that we have watched on our major news networks have been very bias in their reporting of the news, especially when it is a source they don’t agree with. They are no longer interested in just reporting the news but rather they editorialize it to fit their prejudices and do their best to make it sound like they are just reporting the news. However, there are other news sources that report only the truth and nothing but the truth. One of them is Flash Point on the Go Victory Network. We need to pray for these sources that they will always have a way to make the truth known to those who are really interested in the truth. Prayer works and if enough Christian people will really pray for these type of news medias they will not be silenced.
