Sidney Powell’s Defending the Republic filed a lawsuit against the Department of Defense (DOD) over the agency’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Last week, the DOD announced that its employees would have until early November to get both COVID-19 vaccine shots, according to a memorandum. It stipulates that employees have to be fully vaccinated by Nov. 22, but individuals are not considered fully inoculated until two weeks after they’ve received both shots, or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine. Weeks before that, the Pentagon mandated vaccines for all military members. Defending the Republic, in a news release, said it filed the lawsuit on behalf of 16 active duty service members in a bid to strike down the “unconstitutional and unlawful” mandate….
