Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, joined by 18 others, urged U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Tuesday to stop the increasing pro-abortion terrorism against pro-life organizations and churches in recent weeks.

In a letter, Yost and the other state attorneys general said pro-life organizations have been vandalized, firebombed or threatened almost every day since May when a leaked draft ruling showed the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.

“In America, we solve our differences with debates and ballots, not with bricks and Molotov cocktails,” Yost told Garland.

The attorneys general reminded the Biden administration leader that “justice cannot turn on partisan affiliation” and he has a duty to uphold the law.

“Americans shouldn’t fear for their lives for speaking up for what they believe in,” they said in the letter. “The First Amendment provides the right to speak freely, regardless of the topic and without fear of having your home, workplace or, worse, your life threatened.”..
