Heavenly Father Be glorified in Terry Baker and draw him ever so close to you. I pray Your presence be with him and that You would pour out wisdom and understanding council and might knowledge and fear of the Lord. Christ in you the hope of glory and for greater is HE in you than he who is in the world.

Lord Jesus, Please guide and direct Terry Baker and shield him from all evil, him and his entire family and we thank You, Lord and worship You and thank You for hearing this prayer! Amen!

Lord God Almighty, I lift Maryland Delegate Terry Baker before you. Move and work in his mind and in his heart as only You can, resulting in his sincere and continual pursuit of Your plans and purposes, Your will and direction, Your path of righteousness. I pray that his heart will be moved by the things that move Your heart, Lord. Bless and prosper any and all of Terry Baker's words, plans, decisions and actions that are birthed by Your truth and Spirit. Cover him with grace and mercy, courage and protection, strength and power as he seeks to be Your man in office. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen

Gracious Heavenly Father, may Del. Baker know that it is Your hand and Your sovereign purpose that is keeping him and sustaining him in his divine commission. (Ps 38:12-15) Keep him, and those who serve him, safe from the enemy's snares and free from the accuser's traps. (Ps 141:9-10) By Your great hand, Lord, deal with those who oppose righteousness and justice so that all will know that You alone are sovereign and true. (Ps 64:6-9) I pray that you would open his heart to hear and respond to the Gospel Message if he does not know you. I pray the prayer of King Solomon in I Kings on our leader. "Give your servant an understanding mind to govern your people, so that he may discern between good and evil." Pour out Your Spirit upon him. Shower him with your goodness and put a hedge of protection about him and his family. Protect him from the influence of the evil one and teach him to trust in you. Reveal to him by Your Spirit the marvelous truth of the Gospel. Give him discretion, foresight, and understanding in making decisions. Grant him a heart of compassion toward those he leads and serves. Help him, like Jesus to love righteousness and hate lawlessness. Please help him to have the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. In the Name above all names Jesus our Messiah. Amen.

Father God, behold Your son, Terry. Your Son died for him. I plead the blood of Jesus on Terry's mind, will, emotions, body, and spirit. On his family and loved ones. Cause every circumstance in Delegate Baker's life to draw him to Your truth and into Your light. In Jesus' Name I pray
