Passionate & Sustaining God, Your promises are new every morning. GREAT is your faithfulness. Only you know the hearts of men. Only you know the ways Joe Kelly has dealt with his time in government. Judge according to your mercy & grace. Give him wisdom as he guides the people of Nebraska. Judgement will come for us all, & we need to be mindful of this sure thing. Thank you, Almighty God. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Amen & Amen.

Dearest Father, Guide & direct Joe Kelly as he carries out his position of Lt. Governor of Nebraska. May his service be honest & true. Give him wisdom & strength in chaotic & difficult times. Lead him away from deception & corruption. Give him strength for the day & rest at night for his duties. Bring advisors to help him grow. In Jesus holy Name I pray. Amen.

Father, we thank you for forming this nation as a beacon of light, a city on a hill. Thank you for the leaders of each state who wrote into their constitutions an acknowledgment of and dependence upon You. We pray now for today's government leaders and we lift up our leaders here in Nebraska to You. Guide them to make decisions that uphold Your wisdom, biblical truths, justice, and righteousness for both Nebraska and America. Give us legislators and judges who diligently acknowledge reliance upon you and your statutes. Restore our covenant as a nation "under God" with You again to fulfill our destiny as You bless us, so we can also be a blessing to the world. Bless Lt. Gov.
