Pete Flores (R)

Father, I pray for Pete Flores. Thank you for his service to Texas. May he not serve for money or power but out of love for out country and our constitution. Give him a love for unborn children and a desire to protect them and pregnancy resource centers that help babies and their families. May he see babies as fully human and needing our protection. Move in his heart to seek you for wisdom and life in Jesus. Protect him and his family.

Lord, long ago, Your instruction to Your children was to "select capable men from all the people--men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain--and appoint them as officials". (Ex 18:21) I pray that Texas Senator, Pete Flores, will be such a man so that You can bless Texas through him.

Proverbs 9: 10(NASB)"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." Father, give Senator Flores wisdom and the fear of the Lord so that his state may prosper.

Heavenly father, I pray for Senator Pete Flores of Texas . These are times that test man's soul, and as a Republican in the Senate, I pray he will stand strong and courageous in these times of turmoil. If he does not know, Jesus, I pray that he will accept Jesus as his personal savior. I pray protection for him and his family. Amen.
