Wesley Hunt (R)

Father, thank You for Representative Hunt's strong stand on preventing illegal aliens from receiving Medicaid dollars. This practice is nothing less than stealing from American citizens and should not be allowed. Since the language to this effect was removed from the Big Beautiful Bill by the Senate, Representative Hunt has sent a letter to Kristi Noem requesting the DHS take up the battle. I pray that Representative Hunt would look to Jesus as Savior and follow Him through life with the result that he will experience the fruit of Jesus' peacefulness as promised in John 14:27 even though the world is in chaos. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

I pray God's perfect will in Mr. Hunt life and that he will seek the wisdom understanding and knowledge of God how to govern in the government for the people he leads in Jesus name!

Father, I pray for Wesley Hunt. Thank you for his service to our country. May he seek you for wisdom. May he serve not for money or power but out of love for our country and our constitution. May he see things as you see them and walk in integrity in the decisions he makes. Open his heart to you that he may walk fully in the grace of God in Jesus Christ. Protect him and his family.

Father in Heaven, I lift up Rep. Wesley Hunt to you, asking for your blessings on him and his family as he makes the sacrifice of service in our government. Please give him a godly attitude as he studies the issues before him, resulting in decisions that lead to your blessing on our nation. Bless him with wisdom and unusual insight into the ramifications of issues before him, to provide a peaceful and prosperous life for the people in his District.

Lord God, thank You for Wesley Hunt. Father, I pray he would be the godly leader You desire him to be. The voice of Truth and Your vote of mercy when mercy is due, Your vote of righteousness at all times, and justice when justice is due. Be glorified in all he says and does; may he help lead government in and for Texas to greater and greater levels of godliness. And above all we thank You that You alone see when such a leader needs replaced. So in him let his life be a reflection of the Christ or may he be replaced by someone who will.
