Markwayne Mullin (R)

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Senator Markwayne Mullin. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Senator Mullin. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray he would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Senator Mullin be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of Oklahoma and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the Senate. Father God I lift this representative of the people of his district and state before the congress in prayer. Representing the views, values, and protecting their unique abilities to contribute to this great nation. Give unto him a unique understanding in these confusing and dificult times. Make clear the intent within legislation brought before him. Give him perfect values to justly weigh these matters before the congress and the nation. Grant special health, safety, and prosperity to him, his family, and the people he represents before the nation. Preserve that which is special and dear to him. In Jesus name I pray. Thank You, Father, for Senator Mullin's bold stand for the sanctity of human life. May he be a strong voice for truth and righteousness and an advocate for the precious lives of babies. Encourage him to continue to stand in the face of discouragement and press forward for the prize through the blood of Jesus. He understands what has happened in North Carolina that affects us all, even as we are scattered before Him. As he gives You first place in his heart and life, please direct him in the way he should go. Strengthen him as he continues to fight the good fight of faith in each area of responsibility. Heavenly Father, we Pray Representative Markwayne Mullin is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. Mullin sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev. 14:6). We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Precious Lord, please bless Your servant Markwayne Mullin in the position You have placed him in our Senate and as a representative of the State of Oklahoma, home of many who honor You as the God Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth. Hold him tightly in Your arms and uphold him with Your righteous right hand. I am so grateful that he understand that You created life, and he watches over and honors the sanctity of human life. May he continue to stand boldly and courageous against the evil that seeks to destroy life. Please guide him and give him Your wisdom and discernment in regards to building up and supporting our military and our beloved veterans. Direct his path as he works to make our borders safe and protect the welfare of Your children. Use him, Lord, to make Your will known to others who are so hopelessly lost, those who cannot see what is happening in our nation today. Open all eyes to see and all ears to hear what Your Spirit is saying. Encourage and protect him and his family. In the mighty name of Yeshua, I pray. Amen.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Markwayne Mullin has taken deep root into his spirit. We pray that Senator Mullin is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he represents Oklahoma and the United States of America in the Senate.
