Ted Budd (R)

Father God, I do know about this person, but I do not truly know how to pray for him; I do not know his heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit Representative Ted Bud to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and his life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters. Lord, draw him unto yourself and Your purpose for his life. He claims he is a Republican, but I am not sure if he is a true conservative; he seems to have a lot of questionable ideologies and policies that do not support Pro-America, Pro-religion/Judeo-Christian ideals and Pro-Constitutionalism. For me this is worrisome; so I pray God give him understanding and discernment and grant him real wisdom. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for his life and his purpose and mission in Government and as a legislator. May he open his heart and mind to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. May he not be a victim of the popular/feel goo ideologies, but be strong in his convictions and the strength of America. Thank you o' God for hearing our pleas and for Your blessing over America; do not withdraw your favor and sustainment, but sweep the nation with the power of Your Spirit. May your spirit be at work in and among our legislators.

Dear Holy Father, I thank you for creating Rep Budd and ask that You protect him and provide to him Your wisdom and Truth. Help him to seek You first each day and help him to use Your Ways as he serves his district. Amen

Father God, Your Word reminds us, "As the deer pants for the streams of water, so we long for You, O God. We thirst for God, the living God. When can we come and stand before him? (Psalm 42:1-2 NLT). Heavenly Father, thank You for Your many blessings! I lift up Ted Budd before your throne of grace. Keep him longing and thirsting for You. Keep him drinking from Your living water, keep drawing him to that River of Life. Lord, today I pray for his devotional time with You. Each day he is so busy, busy with family, busy with work, busy with meetings, phone calls and such. I pray a barrier of the Blood of Jesus around Senator Budd as he serves in Washington DC. Keep distractions away and help Senator Budd to settle in with You. Keep him fine tuned to Your still small voice. Bless him with Your wisdom, strength, provisions, favor and understanding. Allow Him (and us) to know that when we don't know how to pray, Your Spirit does! Remind him that he is on the "winning side" of every political battle he faces! Bless back to him double fold in all that he has poured out in Washington DC in Your name. Allow Senator Bud to "feel" your sweet presence today. In the Mighty Name of Jesus, I pray. Holy Spirit, have a free hand in Senator Budd's life today. Thank you for a hedge of protection around him and those employees in his office who work for him and ultimately You. Lord Jesus Christ! I'm so happy that all authority in heaven and upon earth has been given to You! I ask You to please save our nation, America, please save our legislators from the deception of the enemy! Help us to be the holy righteous Godly nation we were hundreds of years ago when this nation was first founded!

Dear God, I pray for Senator Budd that he may know You in a Mighty way today. May he lean on You and not this world's ways. Protect him and his family and provide him with his needs. Provide him Your Truth so he may lead well. Amen
