Father, I pray for Hillary Scholten. Thank you for her service to you and to our country. Give her your wisdom and your love of the truth. Give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a desire for life with you through Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer. May she see herself as you see her and repent for sin in her life. May she serve out of a love of our country. Protect her and her family.

Lord, I lift before You, Hillary Scholten, US Representative from Michigan. I pray that she be a pursuer & defender of truth and would know You as the author of truth. Lord, place in her heart compassion for innocent life. Lord, place in her heart an all-consuming desire for righteousness. Lord, place in her heart an undeniable, irreversible vision and desire for Jesus. May all her thoughts, rhetoric and plans flow from this and may she be a warrior for righteous change. Guide and guard her Lord Jesus. Amen

Father, I pray for Representative Hillary Scholten. Thank you for her service to our country. May she seek you for wisdom in her voting, looking to you to guide her, knowing she has no wisdom in herself to do what is right. Give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness which only comes through Jesus. May she not worship at the altar of money or fame. May she chose you and do what is right in your eyes.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Hillary Scholten has taken deep root. We pray she has been convicted to see herself as You see her, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at a time such as this (Esther). We pray that Representative Scholten is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray she be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that she is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as she represents Michigan in the House of Representatives. Father, I thank You for loving us and caring for us. I lift up Representative Scholten to You. I pray for her although I do not know her. But I can be assured that You know her. You have known her while she was being formed in her mother's womb. You know her heart Father. I pray she knows You and has a saving relationship with You. If she does not know You and is worshipping other gods I ask that You send ministers in her path to teach her and tell her about You. Give her dreams and visions of You and Your plan of salvation for her. Renew her mind Father. Change her heart towards You. I pray she stands up for You, for her constituents and does not follow all the other talking heads who surround her. Show her the right way to go. Give her integrity. I pray she is honest and honorable. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

We lift her up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that she be surrounded by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into her life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Representative Scholten to receive revelation of Your truth and values into her spirit. We pray that Hillary Scholten is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5).
