Lord, I agree with Your great heart of love for Cord Byrd. In the name of Jesus, I cancel the plans of the enemy against Secretary of State Byrd. I release to him a fresh new revelation of Your great love for him. Grant him the wisdom of humility to recognize his need of you and agree with You concerning his sins against You. I bless him with a spirit of repentance and faith in You. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord God Almighty, thank you for Cord Byrd. May he fulfill the destiny for which You created him with Joy, excellence and a close relationship with Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. Father God, again a person I do not know or know how to pray for; I do not know this man or his heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit Representative Cord Byrd to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and his life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters and in his work. Lord, draw him unto yourself and Your purpose for his life. May he open his heart and mind to hear you, to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for his life and his purpose and mission in Government and as a legislator. .
