Pat Miller (D)

Heavenly Father, Behold how good and pleasant it is for brothers to dwell in unity! I don't know if Pat Miller shares my faith, but if she doesn't, I pray you would draw her to the point of making a decision one way or the other. In any case, I ask that she would uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Senator Pat Miller. We lift her up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that she be surrounded by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into her life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Senator Miller to receive revelation of Your truth and values into her spirit. We pray that Pat Miller is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray she be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord, I lift up Pat Miller to You. I pray that her eyes would be open to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I pray that she would no longer listen and take on the lies of the enemy concerning current events, but that she would see clearly what is being said and done, and use wisdom in casting her votes and making her public statements. Help her to let go of all seeds of bitterness, and to embrace all her constituents, both right and left. Bless her, I pray. Surround her with good, godly counsel to help her serve her community. I ask this all in Jesus' name, amen.
