Lord God, the intercessors of our nation raise the health, safety, and needs of this public servant before you in prayer. Grant unto her the wisdom as Soloman had in political and personal things. We pray that the eyes of her understanding be enlightened that she know the hope of your calling. May she be as the men of Issacar that had understanding of the times and knew what their nation ought to do. Give true insight into the future effects of every issue brought before her. Light her pathway in truth and provide her a just balance of the truth in all things represented to her. Guard and protect her, those she loves and those she serves. Amen and Amen.

Father, I bring Senator Washington before Your throne of grace. May Your word be a lamp unto her feet and a light unto her path. Give her courage to stand strong for the needs of her State and direct her in the way she should go. You see her heart and know her thoughts, please walk beside her, give her discernment and clarity.
