August Pfluger (R)

R Father God, again a person I do not know or know how to pray for; I do not know this man or his heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit Representative August Pfluger to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and his life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters. Lord, draw him unto yourself and Your purpose for his life. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for his life and his purpose and mission in Government and as a legislator. May he open his heart and mind to hear you, to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. May he seek wisdom, knowledge, understanding and truth for his position in working for the people of his state and for America. Thank you o' God for hearing our pleas and for Your blessing over America; do not withdraw your favor and sustainment, but sweep the nation with your Spirit and Power. We pray all things in the Name and the Power of Jesus, your One and Only Son, who is the light, the hope and the atonement of mankind., your creation.

Father God, Almighty creative wonder of truth and light. I lift my prayer before you in the late night hours of darkness for this man who stands up to represent his people. Grant him the understanding of the men of Issachar, that had understanding of the times, and new what their nation ougth to do. I pray Pauls prayer for the Ephesians over him. Ephesians 1:18 that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling you into office. Protect, bless, and prosper this one who weathers the storms of politics to represent his people. Health, wellness, safety, and prosperity be unto him, his loved ones, his staff, and those fine people he represents. Amen and Amen.

Dearest LORD, thank You for the testimony of Representative Pfluger who desires to walk according to Your word and support the America our founding fathers established in covenant with You. Bless him and protect him as he accomplishes Your plans and works with others in Congress to better our nation. His military background is so important, as he is better able to support and understand the needs of our veterans, as well as equipping and building up our military. As a Christian he honors the family and stands for the sanctity of human life. Give him wise and godly counsel, discernment and wisdom, and courage to stand up for righteousness and morality in our government. Encourage him and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Thank you Lord for Representative Pfluger's encouragement by his living for Christ in many demanding roles serving Texas and our nation. Please bless August with wisdom to drive legislation which honors you and not compromise to terms which dishonor you. Grant him time with his family and please protect them all by your power and your indwelling Spirit.

His name represents POWER and we ask the Holy Spirit to utilize this servant of the people to bring righteousness to his governmental servitude. In Jesus Name!

Dear Almighty God. I thank you that You love all people and are interested in our wellbeing. I lift up to You Rep. Pfluger . May he know you in a powerful way today and may he lean on Your ways and not the ways of this world. Please provide him with Your Wisdom and Truth so that he may serve his district well. Protect him and his family and provide them their needs. Help him to do his part to save the unborn. In the name of Jesus! Please Lord speak to his heart to walk in your ways in all his decisions. May he seek you for guidance..always
