Father God Almighty, I lift this fine gentleman before you for blessings, protection, health and welfare. That for himself, his loved ones, his staff and those who live in his district. May they prosper and share their bounty with those who have needs. Let the seeds of their giving to others begin a perpetual cycle of seasons, seed time and harvest. Rest and recovery. Amen in Jesus name. Amen.

Father, I ask Your blessings over Senator Hickenlooper and his family, and I ask that You would draw them near to You. Direct him as he serves the State of Colorado, and as he works within the Senate to secure the safety and well-being of all American citizens. Give him wisdom to complete the tasks he has been assigned in the Senate, and may he work across partisan lines so that legislation to support the welfare of all citizens as well as our safety is secured. Encourage and strengthen him as he faces challenges, but may he walk in unity with others and support the present administration always seeking common ground. May he support our Constitution, stand with Israel, and guard the sanctity of human life. May he know You and the hope to which You have called him. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father God, Almighty creative wonder of truth and light. I lift my prayer before you in the late night hours of darkness for this man who stands up to represent his people. Grant him the understanding of the men of Issachar, that had understanding of the times, and new what their nation ougth to do. I pray Pauls prayer for the Ephesians over him. Ephesians 1:18 that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling you into office. Protect, bless, and prosper this one who weathers the storms of politics to represent his people.
