Father, I pray for Jim Thorne. May he seek you for wisdom in his voting. May he love our constitution and be familiar with every aspect of it. Give him a desire above all else to live righteously and bring glory to your name. Protect him and his family.

Father, I lift this Representative up to You in prayer for Your Psalm 91 protection over him, his family, and his staff. Jim Thorne, his family, and his staff shall abide under the shadow of The Almighty. You give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways. In their hands they shall bear them up so they will not even dash their foot against a stone. Thank You, Father, for clothing Jim with Your wisdom and Your grace. Guide him in the way You would have him go; and give him righteous decision making abilities in Jesus' name. Amen.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Representative Jim Thorne. We lift him up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christian disciples able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Thorne to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his spirit. We pray that Jim Thorne is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.
