Jeanne Shaheen (D)

A Prayer of Hope: Holy Lord, Thank You for grace. Please help me move beyond the hurdles that trip me up and give me the strength and wisdom to look up and see the hope I run toward in Christ. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we Pray Senator Jeanne Shaheen is convicted that she is created in the Your image; woven together in the womb of her mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at a time such as this time (Esther). Lord God, we pray she be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2)) and to demand of herself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray she is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action she takes against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Senator Shaheen sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May she be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev.14:6). We pray that she is convicted that she must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God"(Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Senator Jeanne Shaheen has taken deep root. We pray she has been convicted to see herself as You see her, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at a time such as this (Esther). We pray that Senator Shaheen is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow His precepts have good understanding," (Psalm 111:10). We pray she be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that she is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as she represents New Hampshire and the United States of America. In Jesus name, Amen.

Father, we pray that Your mercy, grace, goodness and saving power would be acknowledged, witnessed and sought by Senator Jeanne Shaheen. You love her with a perfect and everlasting love. May this truth ring loud and clear in her heart and mind, so much so that she is drawn to and clings to You and Your Truth that is as everlasting as Your love. Lord, guide Ms. Shaheen's steps and guard her heart. We humbly ask that You would provide true wisdom and discernment and prompt her to receive it and act upon it. May Senator Shaheen come to full understanding that You are the ultimate protector, provider and authority and gauge her thoughts, plans and actions accordingly. Thank you for Your watchful eye over Jeanne Shaheen and all that concerns her. In the authority of the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen

Lord Jesus, Heavenly Father, I lift up Sen. Shaheen to you and ask that you bless her for the sacrifice she makes in serving the citizens of New Hampshire and the nation as a whole. Open her heart to hear and respond to the Gospel message if she does not know you. Protect her, her family and her staff from physical and spiritual harm. Remind her daily of the oath she swore to uphold when she was sworn into her office. Grant her wisdom and discernment regarding the constitution of the United States of America that each decision she is tasked to make would align with your heart and glorify your Son. I ask these things in Jesus holy name and for the glory of Jesus may it be so.

I pray first and foremost for Jeanne's salvation. That she would have a Damascus road experience. That every agenda would be Kingdom minded! In Jesus's name, amen
