Jodey Arrington (R)

Heavenly Father, we Pray Representative Jodey Arrington is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. Arrington sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev. 14:6). We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Father God, I repeat my previous prayer for Representative Arrington, Some I am reposting, asking your protection and guidance over his life. I commit Representative Jodey Arrington to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and his life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters. Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for his life and his purpose and mission in Government and as a legislator. May he seek wisdom, knowledge, understanding and truth for his position in working for the people of his state and for America. O' Lord hear our prayer and I pray Jesus our Advocate will take our pleadings, our moaning directly to your throne. Thank you, Lord for your plans and the working of Your Spirit for America.

Father God, I the holy name of Jesus I come to you in prayer for this one who is special in your sight. One who has chosen to serve rather than be served. Help his constituents by representing them in the issues before our government. Bless him, his loved ones, staff and constituents with health, prosperity, and protection. May he be guided by the principles of everlasting righteousness. Gift him with wisdom in all matters brought before him both great and small. Provide him with just weights for his scale of justice. Give him a double portion of blessing in all endeavors that his lands and territory prosper all of his days and unto all generations. Amen

Dear Father, thank You for the moral courage of Representative Arrington as he stands boldly for godly principles and seeks to follow Your law. Encourage him as he continues to stand for the sanctity of human life and for the sanctity of marriage. May Your word be a lamp unto his feet and a light unto his path. Strengthen him and guide him by the power of Your Holy Spirit, I ask in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Jodey Arrington has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Representative Arrington is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of Texas in the House of Representatives.
