Father God, Take special note of this elected servant. One who by aclimation of the people he reprisents has been placed in office to reprisent their needs, values, and standards before the nation and the world. Bless him, his house, his staff, and those he reprisents with, safety, health and welfare. Grant him great wisdom and understanding of the times to know as the men of Issachar what the nation should do. Make clear the motives of those that seek his vote. Let every lie, half truth, or hidden agenda fall to ground before him. Preserve his honor and the reputation of his judgement. In Jesus Holy Name, Amen

Father, may Senator Rounds walk not in the counsel of the ungodly nor sit in the seat of the scornful, but may his delight be in the law of the Lord. Thank You for his stand for the sanctity of human life and for family values based on moral guidelines that are from the Word of the God. Give him godly counselors and bless him with your discernment and confidence to stand for what is right, even when he is opposed. These are perilous times, so give him boldness and courage and may he walk in integrity. He understands the importance of maintaining security and safety and values the service our veterans have provided for our nation. Likewise he desires to see our military remain the strongest and most secure to provide domestic and foreign safety. Give him the wisdom he needs to ensure that the needs of our military are met from securing and maintaining equipment, integrating advanced weaponry and techniques, and technical and security advancement in every area. May he safeguard and protect our Constitution and may he be a bold supporter of Israel. Bless him and his family and give them good health. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Keep up the great work of bringing together senators and treating them respectfully. Praying for a Conservative majority in 2025.

Father, as You see Mike running for office, we put him in your protection and pray You anoint him to successful position so that he may do Your will. Give him eyes to see the truth no matter the circumstance. Give him ears to hear not only the truth surrounding him but also Your clear voice for his direction. Melt away anything that is of himself and fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he will be Spirit led in all he does. Finally, LORD, surround his family with Your own bulwark of protection and bless them with unspeakable joy as he does his job. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray he would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Mike Rounds be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of South Dakota and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the Senate.
