My Jesus, in Your name send the Holy Spirit to touch Senator Bill Cassidy that he might do mighty works for your Kingdom here and now through his civil leadership role. AMEN

Lord God Alighty, look down upon this man who has chosen to serve in the body known as politics. I lift him before you this late night hour in prayer for protection, health, and safety at home, on travel and when with legislatures. As the Apostle Paul prayed, so to do I, that the eyes of his understanding be opened to see the hope of and in his calling to serve his state. Grant him the understanding of the men of Issachar who had understanding of the times, and knew what their nation Israel ought to do. Guard his reputation each and every day, that no wrongful purpose be concealed from him, and he has clear sight of the right path and correct answer. Bless his staff, family, those he loves, and those he serves with safety, health, and divine protection. Guard his decisions from those who would deceive to harm his reputation. In Jesus Holy Name Amen, Amen.

Dearest LORD, thank You for Senator Cassidy's uncompromising love for Your statutes which he reflects in his position with Congress. He is a man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly nor sits in the seat of the scornful, but his delight is in the delight of the LORD. He and his wife have forged the path of righteousness as physicians who respect and protect life and the welfare of others. Bless his determination to see the border secure, the security of our nation and its people as essential. May he continue to stand for the welfare and support of our active military as well as the welfare of our precious veterans. Continue to give him Your wisdom and discernment and a strong and bold voice or justice, integrity, and honor. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Praying that you would consider all laws and decisions in the light of the Holy Spirit's direction. Please be counted for where it matters with the Lord. Thank you for considering this and am praying for a consciencious direction of what is right in God's sight. Thank you.

Father, I lift up Bill Cassidy. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he not serve for money or power but realizing that he is serving you. Give him repentance for sin in his life and a walk with Jesus Christ, Savior and Redeemer. May he seek you for wisdom. Protect him and his family.

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Senator Bill Cassidy. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Senator Cassidy. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray he would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Senator Cassidy be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of Louisiana and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the Senate.
